For over a year, Jay has wondered when he was going to be told that he was adopted and when he was going to get his inheritance. He also thought that he was going to be told in his family trailer back in the junkyard. He just never imagined it would be at the monastery and in the middle of training. When the ninja accidentally agree to be counselors at a summer camp, they've gotta pack up their bags, travel to the middle of nowhere and spend a week braving the wild outdoors...and the crazy kids. (Rated T for language and adult humor)

However, in this version of the episode, Jay is a lot more injured from Scrap n' Tap than he lets on about. It's up to Cole to determine just how badly hurt Jay is, as he struggles to come to terms with the thought of losing his best friend.

Shortly after the one year anniversary of Jay and Nya getting back together, a new villain arises, and she moves in ways no one would expect. Suddenly, the two of the ninja are pitted against each other, and the one who means the most to both of them disappears from view. If only they had known... Maybe then they would've stayed away.

Five ninja get into a fight after coming back from a mission, this leads to them going separate ways. Will Lloyd stand for this, will the team reunite when Pythor plans a deadly plot to get rid of the ex-ninja team. Nya also has a little surprise that no one knows about, not even Jay. In a mix of light and darkness, it's kind of difficult to trust your own element if it has been associated with everything to do with hate and evil in every fairy tale out there.
