My Harry Potter Favorites:

Ron Weasely and Fleur Delacour are my favorite characters. They both have to prove themselves among brilliant people and are the they characters I relate to the most. My favorite lines will always be Ron's humorous jibes. Like Ron I often worry that I would live my life without making a difference or being remembered as special. Sometimes I forget that what's most important is my family and friends, something I think Ron learned after the locket incident. Fleur dealt with the Weasely's hatred and that reminds me of a personal experience. She is strong, caring and blunt. I love how much she grew during the forth book, from someone vindictive to Harry to someone who appreciated Harry's self-less nature. Her love for Bill is so obviously special, true and gorgeous as her appearance.

My favorite pairings are Ron/Hermione, Ron/Luna, Ron/Daphne, Bill/Fleur, Neville/Ginny, Neville/Luna, Dean/Luna and James/Lily.

The characters I wished were explored more in Harry Potter are James Potter and Regulus. So much of both characters is told from other character's perceptions and I long to know their true identity. I actually cared for James during the worst portrayal of him in the novels. While I dislike his bulling of Snape, I still linger on liking how he refused to call Lily a mudblood and readily defended her. I created a James in my head who is loyal, laid-back, hardworking for serious matters and brave. All these characteristics I attribute to the limited information Sirius and Remus provided. For Regulus, something fascinates me about a character so open-minded on treatment of house-elves, who is so bigoted concerning Muggle-Borns.

My That 70s Show Favorites

Jackie and Donna. The girls have such a great friendship and I really enjoyed how they both grew up throughout the series. Jackie is such a caring individual behind her blunt attitude and I love how she never gave up on accomplishing her goals. Donna stood up for herself no matter what and was not afraid to admit her feelings.

Red Forman. He's a great father. Sure he can be hard on Eric and too lenient on Laurie, but he cared about them both deeply. I also love how he bonded with Hyde.

My favorite pairings are Jackie/Hyde, Red/Kitty, Donna/Eric and Fez/Rhonda.
