(Slightly) interesting things about me...

I have lived in four different States, and I hate it when people ask which one was my favorite.

I am mildly aqua phobic, but I love kayaking, canoeing, and boating.

My first grade teacher convinced me that I was a terrible reader, and then I read the entire Harry Potter series in the summer before second grade and realized I could read just fine.

ergo I think everyone needs to read Harry Potter

I want to go just about everywhere.

I have been studying Arabic for three years, and every once and a while actually sound like I know how to speak the language.

I love riding in the car for up to 12 hours at a time; it gives me ample time to write, read, listen to music, and just look out the window and do nothing.

As for my writing...

I started writing for pleasure in fifth grade, and I don't think I will ever stop.

I got into fanfiction in spring of 2013. I started off writing Sherlock with a little Merlin thrown in for good measure, but recently I've been diving into Supernatural.

I love exploring the depths characters' personalities and their relationships with each other, and my goal is to do this without going OOC...although I am sure I don't always succeed.

I grew up in a conservative Christian family, but I am also very liberal, so you might see some of those tensions playing out in some of my writing.

Not a huge shipper, but some cute Sam/Cas fluff will make my day. :-)

I am a compulsive editor, so everything I post will be read at least five times. That being said, there are always mistakes, and I am more than happy for you to point them out.
