Author has written 4 stories for Hellboy, Neverwinter Nights, and Baldur's Gate.
Hi!
I go mostly by 'Ware the Venom - you can find me on pinterest under the same username, where I also use the pseudonym Malyana Zejorad. Take a look if you've the inclination, I've pins for story inspiration mostly!
What else can I say...well, I've been writing since I was ten and writing fanfiction since before I knew what fanfiction was - but most of those aren't going to make it onto this site. ;)
And I'll read just about any fanfics that catch my eye, but mostly I'll stick with what I know; any of the fandoms you can see in my favourites but especially Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, anything else Forgotten Realms-related, Dragon Age and the Marvel Universe.
My completed fanfictions as posted on this site:
Child of Midnight, Child of Dawn (For Hellboy II: The Golden Army)
Set in Ireland, around 300AD, this is my attempt to tell the story behind Nuala and Nuada's relationship, assuming that there's something romantic rather than familial in the nature of their emotions for each other, and to explain what brought them to be the way they are in the film. This is also a story of what drove King Balor to agree to the creation of the Golden Army originally, the war that ensued, and what made him make the decision to break the crown. My first fanfic, originally written back in 2008.
Dancing with Shadows, formerly 'Dancing with Shadows to Quell the Darkness' (For Neverwinter Nights 2 & Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer)
Isaviel Farlong's father has always been a mystery to her; all she knows of him is that which is echoed in her; the wings she bore as a child, her connection to shadows and her terrible rages. Willful and rebellious with a mean streak and a penchant for mischief, she acts against her fosterfather's wish that she join the order of the Even-Handed monks - preferring to run the streets with Neeshka for the Thieves' Guild. But when she finds herself hunted by the Githyanki, the Luskans, and the forces of Shadow, she must learn the difference between who she loves, and who she trusts...and in the midst of all this chaos, she finds herself battling against the problems of her own unknown heritage... [Bishop/KC]
The Memory of Sunlight (For Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn)
Elatharia and Imoen were always close despite their differences. Elatharia always believed things would be alright, so long as Imoen was around - no matter who else betrayed her...before their capture. But then Irenicus came for them and both learned that some things cannot be healed or forgotten. With Imoen dragged to Spellhold, Elatharia will do anything to get her sister back - no matter the cost. Both must fight the inner demons brought on by Bhaal's taint, and both must learn from all they have suffered. Not to mention the revenge that Elatharia intends once she has her sister back, and the companions she will need to gather around her to achieve these goals. With such a large and varied group morality will inevitably clash - and for Elatharia nothing could be more tedious than morality, in all of its shades. Charname/Edwin, Haer'Dalis/Viconia, Aerie/Anomen and maybe some others ;)
My current fanfics:
The Matron's Favoured Son (For Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark) [Indefinite Hiatus]
Mae'rillar Kilath and Sharwyn return to the Underdark more than ten years after the Valsharess's war, called back by a letter claiming that the Seer is in grave danger and badly wounded...but they know there is more to this than meets the eye. Such is the way with all things in the Underdark. And as they endeavour to learn the truth, with help from old friends (and old loves) who knew them best in those earlier days, Mae'rillar recalls his former life as the eldest son of Matron Kilath - soon to take on the mantle of 'Valsharess' - and what it was that led to her war, along with his own reasons for turning away from her. Meanwhile, Sharwyn has to face her own demons (or maybe more accurately: devils) and remembers her side of the story of saving Waterdeep, Undermountain and the Underdark - and how nothing is ever as idyllic as a bard's tale after the events. Especially not the truth. [Seer/Hero of Waterdeep and Sharwyn/Valen]
And coming soon:
The Memory of Gods (For Baldur's Gate 2: Throne of Bhaal)
