I haven't read this story yet. But...
I get that people are upset about the authors choice of putting a rape scene in this story say that it's not just something to move the plot along. And using that same point of view people should put character death in their stories or mental illness. Both thing happen in real life. You should put racism then too. Don't get me wrong I'm saying don't put your opinions in the comments but take thing with a grain of salt.

I couldn’t get through this story, this is absolutely disgusting. There is NEVER a need for a rape scene, it’s not some dramatic, plot moving thing. It’s a real thing, something that scars for life and shouldn’t ever be used for this bullshit. You should be absolutely ashamed of this and of yourself for even considering let alone going through with writing this.

Your story is very well done. But, gosh, do I want to kick Odin in the balls right now for his treatment of this woman. Thor too. I'm assuming that Frigga doesn't know because warrior mama would have heads rolling for mistreatment at this point (at least, in my mind.)
But, seriously, eff those guys.

The fact that she doesn't know that Loki is telling the truth, that he couldn't help her, is killing me! Because now she has lost all hope, and poor Loki can't do anything!

I can feel his frustration of not being able to help her! Ahhhh!

Them being selfless for each other is as amazing as it is horribly hard to watch.

I can imagine that any physical interaction between them will be hard for now. Even innocent touch would be difficult. At least he is being surprisingly patient.

Its sweet that he has decided to fight off both of their loneliness, even if he hasn't fully realized it yet.
