Hmmm...let's see.

I studied primates at university and somehow ended up working as a radio station music director, web editor and data base manager.

I love the works of Douglas Adams, J.R.R. Tolkien, R.A. Salvatore, Neil Gaiman, Clive Barker, George R.R. Martin, Jim Butcher (Dresden Files) and Robert Jordan.

I currently share my life with a Bengal cat named Loki, who has issues. Lots of issues. Almost as many as the Norse God he's named after.

I am tiny (4'10"), opinionated and a pescetarian (I eat seafood but not beef, fowl, mutton, pork, llama...whatever)

Interests include animals, music, movies, pc games, mythology, reading, writing and swimming. I play various types of drums, including tabla, bongos, bodhran and trap set, various types of recorders including soprano, alto and tenor and I play the concertina. Badly. I once tried to get a sound out of a cornamuse at a Renaissance fair - I failed miserably.

Among my fave tv series past and present are Gotham, Vikings, The Chronicles of Shannara, Lucifer, Supernatural, American Horror Story, Big Bang Theory, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Hannibal, Defiance, The Walking Dead, Grimm, Ghost Hunters, Being Human, Star Gate SG-1, Firefly, and too many shows to mention on the Discovery and Science channels.

Among my fave Anime series are Inuyasha, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai X, Samurai Champloo, Trigun, Hellsing, Yu Yu Hakusho, Wolf Rain and Lupin the 3rd.
