UPDATES: spotty at best

I am seemingly way too overly educated to make as many spelling mistakes as I do.

I am known to go from an INFJ to an ISTJ on the Kersey (?) test. Which is somewhat werid since most people tell me I am very outgoing and approachable.

According to various tests, I am the following: Meryl Stryfe (trigun), Xellos Meticullum (slayers), Sakura Haruno (Slayers... oops, Naruto... hehe).

My theory on pairings:

People want the characters they like to have a fufilling life. Sometimes this means happy and for others it is angsty. At the same time one wants a bit of realism -- just like we have to learn /grow /everthing else, so we want our favorite characters to do the same. (I write alot of lemons because, although not necessary, a good sex life is often a part of most longterm romantic relationships.)

This being said, there are bound to be some pairings one doesn't like. You may be able to still appreciate stories writen for that pairing, you may not.

However, I have found in real life that their are alot of people I wouldn't put together that do work. And people you think would work who are disasters together.

Favorite pairings:

Kabuto/Sakura (Naruto)- My all time favorite pairing. I will read anything in this coupling. She really is the only person I can see Kabuto with. I read and appreciate him being paired with others, but I beleive the two of them would be very happy together. ( I am thinking about doing a series of M rated one shots set in different AU because there is not enough of this pair out there.)

I can see Kabuto/Orochimura but I see it as a way for Kabuto to reach an end goal or out of fear. I do not see it as a naturally occuring attraction.

Neji/Sakura; Garra/Sakura; Sasori/Sakura (Naruto)- Also some of my favorite pairings.

Choji/Ino (Naruto)- My second favorite pairing. He puts up with alot of shit from her. She will stay by him through thick and thin.

Shikamaro/Tenmari (Naruto)- Can we say sexual tension?

Naruto/Sasuke (Naruto)- I can actually see this happening. Although I think it is more likely to happen as a side issue to them having wives they both love. (For Sasuke it would a wife as a friend/bearor of children. Naruto would adore his wife but him and Sasuke are explosive together and sex is one of the ways it could show.) A 'we are alive after almost getting killed' thing, that ends up happening repeatedly. UPDATE: I can now see this as a primary couple as well with Sasuke having serrogates for mothers -- but I can not see him as not trying to revive his clan.

Amelia /Zelgadiss (Slayers)- Amelia may be twelve and Zelgadiss seventeen when the story begins for her. She calls him creepy. But remembering my first strong attraction, I thought the guy was creepy to -- even though, honestly, he was one of the hunkiest and nicest guys I have ever met in a very clean cut blonde sort of way. She's his conscirnce. He's her steadying rock. Besides, she's already shown she can physically overpower him. And who else could physically withstand - er blush.

Gourry/Lina (Slayers)- Gourry is Lina's Conscience. Lina is Gourry's connection to everthing beyond swordsplay. Gourry reminds me of two friends -- both very intelligent -- who had their lives decided for them by the time they were three. One motorcycles, the other mathmatics. Both learned English in a weekend. Many thought they were airheads because if you get them on any subject other than their specialty ... they just never learned anything else.
