This was pretty crazy.
A great story.
An almost stressful story (in the best way possible).
A fun read that I was at first very tempted to skip based off the description alone... I'm glad I did not skip it.
Here's to hoping for a sequel.

I'm rereading your story tonight, and I'm pausing to let you know how much I'm enjoying it. The action just pulls me along from chapter to chapter, and I'm entirely engrossed. I can't remember how it ends and I'm enjoying getting to read it as though it were a new story.

Good story, though having everyone end up not siding with the Empire was a surprise. We are literally in the same place as A New Hope was at the end except better. Biggs is still alive, we have a young and powerful Obi-Wan still alive, we have one of the twins training to be a Jedi, and the other knows that he could be a Jedi if he wanted to. I was kind of expecting this story to end with Mara presenting Luke to the Emperor. The only thing the Rebellion has worse off in this story is that Tarkin is still alive.

Hands down best Star Wars story ever. Congratulations.

I really loved this story. Your premise is one of the more unusual remixes I've read, and I certainly would enjoy seeing where you take these characters if you do write ESB and ROTJ. If you never write more in this 'verse, this story stands quite well on its own. (Though I am looking forward to reading the other one you've written.)

As for Luke's naivete, I thought his behavior was logical, given what he's been told and what he knows. I think his lack of sophistication, shall we say, is one reason Obi-Wan didn't tell him that his father had become Darth Vader right off the bat in ANH. It certainly makes sense to me that Luke would believe what he was told by Mara and Vader, since he doesn't have the other side of the story.

I'm so happy Cody made an appearance. I haven't watched TCW or Rebels, so I only know the clones from FF, but he's one of my favorite characters. Dare I hope Rex will make an appearance in later stories?

This is very exciting so far! It's hard to put down.

Also-I forgot to mention this in my review for last chapter-Mara Jade is smooth as fuck. I love how you turned Old Ben's original speech on it's head, and how she put all the pieces into play to possibly lead him to the Empire.

This was an absolutely PHENOMENAL story to read. I truly do love how you re-wrote Episode IV. Cheers!

This story is perfect so far!
A reasonable division between 2 groups of interestingly-written characters;
a sassy Leia who actually uses her force sensitivity;
a Mara Jade who's genuinely manipulative, yet has shreds of decency shining through;
an OC (at least I think Winter's an OC) who plays a valuable role without being a Mary-Sue;
a Bobba Fett with vague morals and lots of gruffness;
All I all, a genuinely plausible, detailed, and interesting AU!

P.S.- HK-47 is officially bae
