The soft, white powder floated down over Konoha. Iruka shivered. He wasn’t too fond of the cold. He cautiously stepped inside, his hand reaching for his kunai holster, before his coffee eyes widened as he saw the mop of gold hair and something bright orange all over his globe.

“Naruto, what’s your scarf doing on my globe?” he asked the six-year old.

Jiraiya sleeps and dreams of days that things occasionally did go his way.

Naruto lies on his back and sleeps in some field, thinking of burning leaves, broken promises, and the possibility that somewhere in the universe there must be a doorway to contentment (because happiness is too much to ask, especially for someone like himself).

Itachi does not sleep at all.

He waits outside the village for the colorless morning, with his partner beside him. The devils cannot bring Naruto to hell, so they will bring hell to him.

The man kissed the hand of the blond again and looked up.-“I called it ‘the kiss of Sharingan’.”-He answered, smiling. Naruto raised a brow at that and frowned.

-“Why didn’t you call it something cool like… ‘The touch of Sharingan’? Why did you have to make the name that… romantic?”

-“Ah, …I like the touch.”-Itachi said and then smirked.-“But I like kisses more.”-He added and moved so he was leaning over the blond. He leaned down and kissed his jaw line, at which the blond smiled and embraced him, letting him place the next kiss on his lips…

-“What am I to you… ‘Tachi?”-The blond quietly asked in a whisper. A minute later he heard as quiet whispered response.

Naruto doesn’t know the old man speaking to his dad. The old man has browned and wrinkled skin, his hair (what was left of it) and beard having long since faded to white. His very dark brown eyes were kind.

Naruto tugs at his godfather’s shirt. Jiraiya leans closer. “What is it?”

“Who’s he?”

“He’s my old teacher. Sarutobi.” Jiraiya grinned and added lowly, “He’s got a few screws loose in his old age.”

Minato shouldn’t have been surprised when the five year old came up to Sarutobi. Naruto loved to meet new people. But when Naruto held something up to Sarutobi, Minato groaned inwardly.

“What’s this for, Naruto?” Sarutobi asked, taking the offered screwdriver.

“I thought you might need it.” Naruto pointed at Jiraiya. “He said you have a few screws loose.”

I know my updating sucks a lot.. but the thing is I don't know what I'm going to do with my stories mostly.. I get this huge idea and when I start to write it gets less and less appealing.. and after starting over again and again it kinda gets annoying so I leave it alone for a looong while.. but for the people who have faved or put on alert I'll do my best.. and since the break's coming soon too.. so please bear with me for a few weeks!
