Evening all, I am Spooky Noodle (the rest are just imposters [i.e: people who claimed various versions of the name first] I'm an amateur writer in college, with extensive experience in acting and psychoanalysis. After several months in the Grimmlands, Qrow sends Jaune back to Beacon on an undercover mission to hunt down Cinder and the White Fang. Fighting constantly between his desire to reconnect with his friends, his focus on the mission, and the increasingly dark choices he's forced to make, Jaune has to find and eliminate the 'Queen' before he loses himself. (The summary is cheesy, I know, but trust me: this is gonna be awesome.) After So Long (Short-Medium) - After Cinder kills her abusive stepmother, she runs away, only to be taken in by the Arc family, where she befriends a young Jaune. In an attempt to console a distraught Cinder, 7 yr old Jaune promises to marry her. They may be children, but such an important promise means the world to her. After Jaune's parents discover what Cinder did, they banish her from the house, much to Jaune's and Cinder's distress. Hurt and angry, Cinder encounters Salem, and hurriedly joins her group. Years later, Cinder comes to Beacon to advance her plans, where she meets... Jaune. Hijinks ensue. (Kind of a mix between Shine and Stress Relief, with some additional humor.) The Engagement (Medum) - Some time ago, Winter was forced to give suitor interviews. Jaune's parents forced him to go to one of these interviews, but they were no real consequences, no repercussions if he didn't woo the girl, so he was able to relax and have a nice evening chatting with her. Winter was so pleased to have someone treat her like a person that she actually decided to marry him. A year and a half after the marrriage is arranged, Winter comes to Beacon to oversee the transport of 'additional units', talk to her sister, and... finally get to know her fiance. (Winter x Jaune, with smidgeons of Weiss x Jaune, fluff with pinches of drama here and there) Life Well-Lived (Very, Very Long) - Pyrrha, Ruby, Weiss, Yang, and Blake all fall for Jaune, separately, and for different reasons. The first five chapters describe their attraction. After that...conflict. In-fighting, drama, heartbreak, and eventual reconciliation, these five women elect to share a single boyfriend between them. Most chapters will focus heavily on one pairing or another, but rest assured, this is polyamory. Each girl is in love with Jaune, and Jaune is in love with each girl. The narrative follows attraction, through their time at Beacon, to huntsman careers, marriage, and children. What Might Have Been (???) - Jaune Arc is one of the premiere rising stars of the next generation of Huntsman. He is ruthless, efficient, and stylish, and commands respect in circles of people twice his age. Pyrrha Nikos is a runaway, a shy and confused outcast with dreams of being a tournament fighter. The two meet at Beacon. Hijinks ensue. (A role reversal of canon. Jaune is strong and accomplished, but wishes he could define himself as something other than a Grimm-killing machine. Pyrrha is shy, awkward, a little clumsy, and desperate to prove herself.) Dragonslayer (Medium-Long) - The dark sorceress-queen Raven has captured and cursed the mighty dragon Taiyang into a human body, and kept him as her consort out of pride. Their daughter, Yang, is a brilliant princess, skilled in combat. When Raven's paranoia grows and she tries kill Yang, her daughter transforms into a mighty dragon and flies away. When the court finds the princess missing, and sees a dragon break from the castle, they come to their own conclusions, and send the newly knighted Jaune to slay the beast and retrieve their princess. (Medieval AU) ASRY (???) - Despite the increasingly brutal methods of the White Fang, Blake can't bring herself to leave. She stays with Adam and the White Fang, as they continue their crusade for 'equality'. Ren and Nora miss their airship to Beacon, while Pyrrha's manager bullies her into attending Haven instead of Beacon. Jaune, Ruby, Yang, and Weiss form team ASRY (Astray), and combat the White Fang, Torchwick, and others. A re-imagining of canon, where Blake, Pyrrha, Ren, and Nora do not join Beacon until after the breach. "'What kind of color is 'Astray'?' 'It's kind of a grey?' 'Well that's depressing.'" A Midsummer Night's Dream (Medium-Long) - Jaune, Pyrrha, Neptune, and Weiss as the four lovers, Blake and Sun as the fairy Oberon and Titania, Nora, Ren, Velvet, and Yang as the players, and with a theatre-major rewriting everything for a modern audience, what could possibly go wrong? (Maybe a lot, we'll have to see.) The Maiden's Apprentice (???) - Amber passes by Shione, where Jaune and his family are camping. Jaune wanders away from the tents, and is attacked by grimm, but rescued by Amber. She sees the way he fights, and actually admires his spirit, but not his technique. When his family arrives, Amber talks to Jaune's family and convinces them to let her take him on as her apprentice. Jaune trains with Amber for two years, excelling faster than even Amber expected, but with awkward feelings developing and Amber's enemies on the horizon, now is probably the worst time for Ozpin to call her to Beacon Academy. Ruby the Necromancer (???) - Summer's passing leaves a stronger mark on Ruby than anyone really expected. Ruby grows up morbid, pre-occupied with death. Zwei dies one day, and in her sorrow and her focus...she brings him back to life. Meet Ruby Rose, tutored huntress, Beacon transfer student...and necromancer. Muse (Medium-Long) - Jaune Arc is a struggling painter, until his friends take him out to a party where he meets a beautiful young woman: Blake Belladonna. He can paint for the first time in years, and Blake refuses to leave his thoughts. He returns to the house of the party, only to have a girl ask about his budget... It's a brothel, and Blake is a prostitute. (Victorian AU) Knightfall (Short) - Salem captures and imprisons Jaune in her fortress. Cinder comes by his cell to taunt, but those taunts turn into talks, and over the weeks, sympathy. Tyrian is growing increasingly suspicious of Cinder's fondness for the prisoner, especially when she request that he be moved to a locked bedroom, instead of his cell... The Whiskey, the Liar, the Thief (Medium?) - Weiss is forced into an arranged marriage she isn't happy with, so to escape her impending marriage, she sneaks out to the docks, where she meets...Sun Wukong, street urchin, general thief, and all around fun guy. Based on the song of the same name by Patent Pending. Hard to Get (Short) - Yang is crazy about Jaune, nothing short of obsessed, and she won't take 'No' for an answer. After a lot of heavy flirting, and flat out harassment, Yang is almost expelled, but Jaune steps in, explaining why he never flirted back with Yang and why expelling her would be a bad idea. Pygmalion (Medium-Long) - Raven Branwen discovers a small boy wandering in the woods after a recent bandit raid. He is weak, cowardly, fresh...pliable. Like clay. Raven 'adopts' the boy, and takes it upon herself to mold him into the encapsulation of her life philosophy. He grows into something even better than she could imagine. But, when her relationship with her 'son' grows into something uncomfortable for the tribe, she makes an executive decision. Jaune will go to Beacon Academy, to learn as she did. Maybe then her tribe will stop questioning her judgement... Friendly Advice (Short) - Weiss rejects Jaune once again to his eternal frustration, so he goes to her team for help. Ruby, Blake, and Yang decide to give him some friendly advice, not on how to woo Weiss, but on how to become a more confident, calm, and emotionally self-sufficient person. Problem is, their advice may have worked a little too well, and they can't help but feel a little jealous when Weiss comes back from her date sighing dreamily. Prevail (Medium-???) - It was all her fault...all her fault. Jaune saved her at the top of Beacon tower, but it cost him his life. They never even found his body. Now an emotionally numb Pyrrha leads Ruby, Nora, and Ren to Haven Academy, until they come across a rural cottage with seven sisters... [A retelling of Volume 4, 5, and 6, with Jaune dying instead of Pyrrha, but without the usual character-bashing.] The Power of Love (Medium) - Jaune and Pyrrha, hopeless attracted to each other and fed up with circling around the issue, get together at the dance. After a few weeks of regular 'intimacy', they discover that Jaune has taken after Pyrrha, in more than just his fighting style. (Harem) Pyrrha Nikos' Day Off (Short) - A 15-yr-old Pyrrha Nikos is about to win her third Mistral Regional Tournament in a row...but she can't help but be a little bored of the whole thing. Until, she encounters a blonde boy, visiting from the countryside. She whisks him away with her, hiding in Mistral from her manager, her parents, her competitors, and all with Jaune at her side. (Arkos [duh]) Proxy - Volume 4; Cinder sends Emerald to spy on RNJR, but Jaune almost catches her when he steps away from the camp for his Late Night training. To avoid being spotted, Emerald throws up a hasty illusion of...Pyrrha. Jaune doesn't know whether it's a ghost, or he's hallucinating, or if she's really back from the dead, but he misses her too much. He hugs her, and sits down to talk. Emerald thinks she's escaped notice, until Jaune comes the next night, calling out for Pyrrha. Emerald doesn't want the rest of RNJR waking up, so she provides the illusion again. This goes on for several weeks, and Emerald is sick of the whole thing. So where did these confusing feelings come from? Catching - Blake and Yang are roommates, living in a college student housing complex. Blake breaks up with her asshole boyfriend, and goes to a party the next night. Surrounded by disgustingly cute couples and feeling lousy as one of the few people alone, she gets a little drunk and hooks up with a stranger. She has...a surprisingly good time, and she grabs the stranger's number. One hungry mistaken text by Yang, and Blake's booty call is at their door. "Hey Jaune." Even after that night, Yang can't help but remember what she shouted at Blake just before Jaune arrived. "You can't casually sleep with someone without catching feelings!"
