Donation Summary:

Carmen S. and her family are in great need of your help. Carmen is a single mom of 3 kids, two of which have a rare type of muscular dystrophy, Chad and Craig. Both children are in wheelchairs and have trachs and require ventilators to help with their breathing. The family must use a modified van to transport the two boys anywhere, as their equipment and wheelchairs are very heavy. They currently have a van that they use, however the van is 20 years old and in great need of repair. The family desperately needs a new van, but these types of vans are very expensive and will need modifications to meet the family's needs, which will be an added expense. So we are asking for your help to raise money for this much deserving family. All money will be used for the purchase of the van or for medical supplies and/or modifications to the family's home to make it more accessible for the children.
