Hello, everyone! This is SuperHeroTimeFan, returning with a new story! I will still continue to do A New Destiny: Omnibus: Tales of the Team and Advent Justice, but I was just thinking of doing another new story. The Christian Jedi and I talked about doing this, and we think that it will be a great story. And now, I present to you Chapter 1 of my new story: Path of the Padawan. Enjoy!
Chapter 1: A New Start to A New Life
Ahsoka looked all around her as she made her way to her Jedi Starfighter. Goodbye, everyone. She thought to herself as she looked at many of her fellow Padawans, Jedi Knights, Masters, and younglings. She let out a tear as she continued to walk to her Starfighter. "Let's go, R7." She ordered her astromech, R7-A7. The little astromech droid chirped sadly as Ahsoka ignited her engine. As soon as they entered the air, Ahsoka took off and flew away into space.
Inside of the Starfighter, Ahsoka looked down to the ground. She could see some of her old friends, like Padme Amidala, Lux Bonteri, Master Plo Koon, and even her master, Anakin, all through the windows of the buildings of Coruscant. She let out a sigh of happiness as she finally ignited her engine and headed into space
From a distance away, Anakin watched Ahsoka's departure. "I'll never forget you, my Padawan." He sadly said silently to himself. Just then, Captain Rex came in. "Commander Skywalker, the traitor is ready to be interrogated." The Clone Commander informed Anakin. "I've been waiting to talk with her." Anakin replied back. It was all because of Barriss Offee, former Padawan to Luminara Unduli, best friend to Ahsoka, and now a traitor to the Republic and the Jedi Order. Everyone who was close to Ahsoka now hated Barriss. "Take me to her." Anakin Skywalker ordered. Captain Rex nodded respectively as Anakin turned back to look out the window of the Jedi Council Chambers to watch Ahsoka. "Yes Sir." Captain Rex replied as he left the room to meet up with his superiors. Anakin took one last look to Ahsoka's Starfighter before he turned to meet Barriss.
Obi-Wan Kenobi waited to Anakin at the Star Destroyer. "What do you think is taking General Skywalker so long, General Kenobi?" Commander Cody asked. Obi-Wan sighed. "Anakin isn't quite the same since Ahsoka left the Jedi Order. I don't want to put him on edge." The great General Kenobi explained curtly to the Clone Commander. Cody nodded and sighed loudly. "I know what you mean, General. General Tano was close to all of my brothers, as well as all of the Jedi and Senators." He explained. Obi-Wan chuckled. "Well then, I guess that we're all on the same page here." Obi-Wan quipped. The two started to chuckle, but straightened themselves up when Anakin and Rex arrived.
Ahsoka flew throughout hyperspace and entered the Ryloth System. As Ahsoka looked out to see the planet, she looked back inside of her cockpit as she now had her lightsabers back. As she let out a loud sigh, R7 chirped countlessly. Ahsoka sighed once again and chuckled dryly. "I don't know, R7. We're just… going nowhere, far away from here." She explained sadly. "I don't want to feel betrayed any longer." The Togruta Jedi added on. R7 chirped in reply and beeped softly.
Ahsoka let out another sigh as she continued to fly. Just then, a large and bright light started to blind the young Padawan. "What's going on, R7?!" Ahsoka yelled loudly. R7 just let out a loud beep as the Starfighter controls started to beep wildly. Ahsoka yelled as she pressed a button on her cockpit controls before falling into unconsciousness. Before she fell into her slumber, the last thing she could see was a rip in the fabric of the universe, and the sight of a dozen galaxies. It was then that she disappeared from the known universe she was in and into thin air.
Three days later…
Anakin, Obi-Wan and Luminara all watched as Barriss Offee was being moved into an armored truck. "The Jedi will fall. When it does, you'll regret making the decision to lock me up! You'll see!" she yelled out madly. Anakin tensed up as he readied his lightsaber. Before he could unsheathe it, Obi-Wan stopped him. "Don't let your anger get the best of you, Anakin." Obi-Wan scolded the Chosen One. Barriss chuckled and continued to look to the rest of the Jedi. "You'll all see!" she yelled once again. With that, she was taken away and to the Republic Holding Facility.
A while after Barriss was taken away, Anakin and Obi-Wan left and decided to take a walk through the halls of the Jedi Temple. Obi-Wan noticed something strange about Anakin, and when the time was right, the negotiator let out a big sigh and looked straight at Anakin. "Are you thinking about Ahsoka again?" he asked concernedly. Anakin groaned and furrowed his brow. "Everything was so much easier with her around! She… should have never left!" Anakin complained to his master. Obi-Wan sighed and placed a hand on his shoulder. "I know how you feel, Anakin. Ahsoka was a major part of our lives, and as it pains you to have lost her, it would pain to see my best apprentice fall." Obi-Wan reasoned. Anakin sighed as the two continued to walk.
Just then, Anakin looked to Obi-Wan. "Do you sense that?" he asked anxiously. Obi-Wan nodded. "Something's wrong." He stated. The two reached for their lightsabers and turned around. Before either of them could strike, Anakin and Obi-Wan's eyes widened when they saw who was behind them. There was a human Padawan learner with pale skin, black hair, blue eyes and attire completely similar to Ahsoka's. Anakin sighed and sheathed his lightsaber. "Serra, what is it? You know that I no longer do lightsaber instructions. It's what Master Drallig is for now." He explained. Serra Keto sighed and shook her head in disagreement. "No, Master Skywalker, that's not why I'm here." She explained curtly. Anakin raised an eyebrow. "What's going on then?" he asked sternly. Serra rubbed the back of her neck and frowned. "Master Drallig has ordered me to bring you to the Communications Center. It's about Ahsoka." The young Padawan explained. Anakin's eyes widened with shock. "What has happened?" he asked anxiously. Serra gasped and let out a tear. "Ahsoka and I were best friends when training together. She's somehow disappeared!" Serra reported. Anakin gasped and the three raced off to the Communications Room.

Ahsoka felt a sense of nausea as she rubbed her head. "Oh, my aching head! What the devil happened back there?" she asked herself painfully. She blinked her eyes open as she looked around at her surroundings. She was in some sort of desert, and it was starting to feel hot. Immediately, Ahsoka's eyes sprung open as she looked around. She started to press away at the controls of her smoking cockpit. "Jedi Council, please respond!" she said anxiously. Seeing how this wouldn't work, she slammed her fist onto the controls. She felt a sudden breeze and looked down to her feet. "This is just great." She stated sarcastically. Her boots and stockings had been singed. "I guess I should learn how to live like a Togruta again." Ahsoka playfully quipped to herself. Just then, she heard a beeping. Ahsoka gasped with joy. "R7, is that you?" she asked. R7-A7 beeped and chirped happily as Ahsoka chuckled. "I'm fine, R7. I just have a bit of a headache." She reassured the droid after R7 asked if she was okay.
Ahsoka quickly got out of her Starfighter and looked at herself in a nearby pond. She had singes and tears all over her body. "I really need to restock myself on clothing." She told herself. Ahsoka walked back over to her Starfighter and looked into the bunk. "Nothing!" she cursed to herself. Groaning and mumbling to herself, Ahsoka reached into the compartments and took out a deactivated Prowler 1000 Exploration Probe Droid. She pressed a button on it and it activated with a low whir. "See if you can find a place for me to get some new clothes, and see if you can find out anything about this area." She ordered the little yellow Probe Droid. The Prowler made a low whir and a beep and then headed off towards a distant city. Ahsoka then went back into her cockpit to watch what the Probe Droid was seeing.
Ahsoka gazed at the population of the city nearby. "The population seems to be mostly human." She told herself. Ahsoka chuckled to herself as she pressed a button on her Starfighter. "Scan the local life forms. I can take on their appearance, and blend in better with the populace." The young Jedi ordered.
The Probe Droid responded with a couple of beeps as it hovered over all of the people of the city. It started to scan every human it could find. Ahsoka watched from her starship as she pressed some more buttons on the keypad on her Starfighter cockpit. "Look for something that satisfies my style." She calmly ordered. The droid bleeped once again and looked around the city. Just then, a young teenage girl, somewhere at the age of Ahsoka, came out of a clothing department. Ahsoka smiled and clicked her tongue. "Get that one, little droid." She happily ordered the Probe Droid, satisfied with her choice. The Probe Droid took a scan of the girl and flew back to Ahsoka's crash site.
Mount Justice

The Team was training endlessly at the Cave. With everything they had been through when facing the very Justice League a week ago, the Team deserved a rest from missions and some R and R. Kid Flash trained with Rocket, Superboy was in close combat with Zatanna, Robin and M'gann were sparring, and Aqualad was dueling against Artemis. Captain Marvel watched over the Team as they trained. Since Black Canary and Green Arrow were helping Red Arrow find the original Roy Harper, and since the League was still recovering from their battles, there were few Leaguers to watch after the Team. "Keep it up, guys!" the eccentric captain yelled out.
Just then, Red Tornado came in. Captain Marvel nodded at his arrival and raised his hand to order the Team to stop, in which they did. Robin and the rest of the Team looked over to the reconstructed Red Tornado and smiled. "It's great to have you back, Red." Artemis stated. The android looked over to the archer and showed no expression on his face, but it seemed like he was smiling. "What's going on, Red?" Robin asked. Red Tornado said nothing and pulled up a holocomputer. "I know that you are taking a break right now, but there is a problem in Metropolis, one involving Toyman." The Red Android explained. Superboy scoffed at this and asked, "What's making him so dangerous this time?" Tornado turned around and looked the Boy of Steel into the eyes. "Toyman is using an army of high-tech weaponry to attack the nearby fuel depot. If he succeeds in detonating the fuel, it will cause the train arriving in Metropolis in the next sixteen minutes to derail, and that train is carrying Bruce Wayne. Your mission as of now is to stop Toyman before it is too late." Red Tornado instructed. Aqualad looked to the rest of the Team, who all smiled at him. "We stand ready." The Atlantean stated. After stating that, the Team left to head to Metropolis.

Ahsoka waited for her Probe Droid to arrive back as she tried contacting the Jedi Temple once again. She groaned when she got nothing. "Where am I?!" she asked herself angrily. At that moment, the Probe Droid returned. Ahsoka sighed and took out her Shadow Matrix. "Let's see what we've got." She stated to the Prowler. The droid made a low beep and implanted the scan it got into the Shadow Matrix. Ahsoka chuckled and placed the Hologram Displayer on the ground. As she stepped through it, she was now human. She had pale skin and her blue eyes remained. She now had blonde hair, black jeans, crimson flats, and a red t-shirt that was covered by a black jacket. "This will do for now." She said to herself.
Just then, Ahsoka heard a loud whir and a touch of the wind as something seemed to fly by her. Her eyes widened as she looked into the air. She then ran back to the Starfighter. "R7, see what that was!" she ordered the astromech in an excited tone. R7-A7 scanned the air and then brought up a hologram. It was an infrared scan of whatever passed them. Ahsoka gasped. "A cloaked ship. But where would it be going?" Ahsoka asked herself. As if her question was answered, she could see something in the city nearby. Ahsoka's eyes widened with confusion as she laid her eyes on the sight of what appeared to be a gigantic toy soldier. "You're kidding me, right?" she asked herself dumbfounded. She looked back to R7 and sent a stern look to him. "Get the Fighter fixed! I'm going to see what the tinny's up to!" Ahsoka ordered her astromech. The little droid beeped and started to repair the ship. "Let's go." Ahsoka said to herself as she Force-Sped to the scene of the battle.
Metropolis
January 8 2011, 1249 Hours EST
Toyman led his giant robot through the city of Metropolis and cackled. "Bruce Wayne's gonna die, and his money will be mine for the taking!" Toyman sinisterly stated. The people of Metropolis looked up at the robot as it activated one of its shoulder-cannons. "Remember the new Big Bang!" he loudly quipped as he aimed the cannon at the fuel depot. Just then, a birdarang hit his window. Toyman gasped as the window cracked a bit, but he then growled when he saw who threw it. Robin stood on the top of LexCorp Industries and caught the birdarang. Toyman snarled and launched a missile from his cannon. "You're not the only one with fancy toys!" he quipped to the Boy Wonder.
Robin gasped as the missile chased after him. The Boy Wonder started to swing from building to building to escape the heat-seeking missile. Toyman chuckled as he saw Robin on the run. Just then, Kid Flash arrived and attempted to leap across to attack Toyman. Toyman laughed and dialed onto his keypad. The missile that was chasing Robin split into two as it chased after Wally as well. "I should have thought about that." Kid Flash said to complained to himself as he started to run as well.
At that moment, Aqualad and Artemis attempted to attack from underground. The Toyman took notice of this and shot at the ground with the palm of the robot's hand. Flames started to emit as Rocket arrived to defend the two from the inferno. Superboy jumped at the giant robot soldier, but Toyman launched a ball of Kryptonite at him. Superboy groaned as the large piece of Kryptonite landed on him. "Let's finish this off!" Toyman quipped as he rose the giant's foot onto the Boy of Steel. Before he could do that, Miss Martian levitated the rock off as Artemis shot an explosive arrow at the robot's foot. "You'll pay for that!" Toyman exclaimed to the green archer. With that being said, Toyman launched a grenade onto the ground. "M'gann, get out of here!" Artemis and Superboy yelled. Miss Martian acknowledged and flew away, but was caught in the blast radius of the explosion.
Robin attempted to throw a birdarang at Toyman, but the missile chasing both him and Kid Flash made an impact on the ground and knocked them both away, causing the birdarang to land on a rooftop. Toyman chuckled as he looked down to the fallen heroes. "Kids like you need two things: a time-out," Toyman started as he raised a fist onto the Team before finishing up with, "And a spanking!"
Just then, before the Team could meet their fate, something hit the fist of the robot and knocked Toyman away. Toyman groaned with surprise as he looked around. "Who did that?!" he asked angrily. As Toyman started to look around, he saw the birdarang still floating in the air. The rest of the Team watched it fly as it landed in the hands of a teenage girl. Her silhouette blocked the sun's view as the Team started to awe in shock. The girl leapt down from the rooftop and stroked her hair gently. "I don't know who you are, but you are a madman!" the girl exclaimed. Toyman got up and put his robot into a fighting stance. "I'm not the Joker!" he yelled angrily.
Ahsoka chuckled at this and tossed the birdarang away. "Oh, then what are you, a coward inside of a clanker?" Ahsoka quipped, gaining some laughs from the watching crowd. The Team looked to Ahsoka with much confusion as Toyman started to pound his fists inside of his cockpit. "I'm Toyman, and you will pay for mocking me!" the man in the robot exclaimed angrily. Ahsoka chuckled and unsheathed a lightsaber hilt. "We'll see about that!" she quipped. Toyman growled viciously and slammed his fist into the ground. "That is so predictable!" Ahsoka said out loud. She then jumped onto the robot's arm and ran up to the cockpit. Toyman and the Team were in shock as Ahsoka leapt from the arm and at the chest. Toyman launched some missiles at her, but Ahsoka saw this coming. She activated her shoto and sliced away at the projectiles. "Whoa, that is so cool!" Robin exclaimed with his eyes widened. Ahsoka sheathed her shoto and unsheathed her normal lightsaber and activated it.
Toyman watched in shock as Ahsoka slashed at the robot's torso and split the robot in half. She then used the Force to levitate the parts away from the civilians and the Team as she slammed them into the ocean. She chuckled as she Force-Lifted Toyman out of his cockpit and into a nearby dumpster. "Out goes the trash." Ahsoka quipped once again. The crowd of civilians went wild as the Team got up. "Who is she?" Artemis asked. Wally shrugged and replied, "I don't know, but that weapon seems scientifically impossible!" Aqualad ignored Wally's theatrics as he and the rest of the Team looked to the young girl. Robin's eyes widened when he saw her body fizz like a glitch. "I've gotta go now." Ahsoka yelled out. With that, Ahsoka leapt away from the scene and into the outskirts.
As the Team watched Toyman being taken away, M'gann chuckled. "I don't know who she was, but I like her already!" the Martian female stated. Robin sighed and pulled up a screen from earlier. "That girl isn't as human as she appears to be." He stated. Wally snapped his fingers. "It's another alien babe?!" he asked incredulously. Artemis pouted and walked up to him. "If there was an alien in disguise, then we need to find her." The archer stated. Wally chuckled and went on. "She looked pretty hot!" he stated. Artemis tensed up and yelled, "Enough!" Wally jumped as Artemis swung her hand at his face, in which Kid Flash backed away nervously. Artemis' eyes widened as she glared at Wally angrily. "Did you just dodge?" she asked vexingly. Wally gulped. "It won't happen again!" he stated. Artemis held him still and let him go. The minute he was free, Artemis slapped the back of his head. "Thank you, Artemis." Wally said sarcastically.
The Team was about to depart to the Bioship until a voice stopped them. "Can I help you?" a female voice asked. The Team turned around to see the same girl who saved their butts. "Who are you?" Rocket asked. Ahsoka had a nervous look on her face as she backed away. "I don't want any trouble, I was just trying to help." She said nervously. Before the Team could attack, M'gann stopped them. She instantly facepalmed herself and said, "Hello, Megan! You saved us! Thank you!" M'gann said to Ahsoka, who seemed to squirm a bit. "I'm sorry, but my name isn't Megan." She said innocently. M'gann nodded her head no and waved her arms. "No, no, that's just an expression I use! I'm Megan" M'gann corrected her. Ahsoka chuckled. "It's nice to meet you then, Megan." She said. M'gann smiled. "Thank you, but what's your name, and who are you, really?" she asked Ahsoka. The young Togruta blushed nervously and stroked her hair. "You got me." Ahsoka immediately admitted. She dropped her Shadow Matrix to show the Team her true form. "What and who are you?" Wally asked. Ahsoka blushed again and looked at M'gann only. "My name is Ahsoka Tano." She said shyly.
