![]() Author has written 12 stories for Twilight. About me - as you can tell from my pen name, I'm a mom. Of two. The big Four-Oh. Average looks. Average husband and kids (they are of course special to me). Average life in Suburbia. Just - plain average and ordinary. Except, like many of you, I am completely obsessed with the Twilight series. My husband thinks I'm crazy. My family and friends think I've lost my grip on reality. Perhaps I am. Perhaps I have. I do know though, that never in my life have I EVER been so intrigued by a set of characters, never been so engrossed in a story, as I have been with the Twilight Saga. And, when I was done reading the books for the 10th time, and my husband questioned whether I was right in the head, I still wasn't ready to give up my Edward. Somehow, somewhere I heard the magic word - FanFiction. And then I stumbled over FanFiction.net, and the world stood still. That same moment is also known as the end of my sanity. At some point, it wasn't enough anymore to just read the brilliance that exists in Fanfiction - no, I had to sit my butt down and write as well. My first story was written in a week and posted in April 2009 (thank you, ODS, for giving me the courage to actually do that) and I haven't looked back since. And now I'll never, ever have to be without my Edward and his Bella. My stories are normally written from Edward's POV. He is my favorite character, primarily because he is so complex, and often so difficult to understand. He overthinks and overanalyzes everything and, though his deductions are usually well-thought-out, he does make some egregious errors in judgment. He is terribly repressed and a perpetual teenager, and in love for the first time. I find myself symphatizing with his struggles of coming to terms with the consequences of those errors. I tend to be exceptionally verbose and write in loooong sentences, which leads to loooong chapters and infrequent updates. I strive for four weeks per chapter, but that just doesn't happen very often. Okay, I'll be honest - that happens almost never. I very much appreciate any and all reviews and comments. And your patience with my infrequent updates. Please also feel free to email or PM me directly if you have any questions about my stories. I am currently not committing to any new projects until the ones I'm working on are finished. All rights to the Twilight Saga belong to Stephenie Meyer and I am not she.
