![]() Author has written 6 stories for Twilight. Hi, I'm Books. I publish under the pen name Booksgalore on Twilighted and BookishQua on . I'm a nerd. I love reading, humor, and learning new things -especially about writing. I have beta'd stories for Oxymoronic8, Fantasy Mother, sleepyvalentina, Ericastwilight, sweetishbubble, Halawia, and Stressed_as_always. They all have amazing stories. Check them out if you can. The lovely ladies at Indie Fic Pimp wrote a review for The Stench Wars. http:///2012/02/completed-fic-of-week-21312.html?zx=b00b8193a7546c8c Where I lurk: You can follow me on Twitter @BookishQua You can find me on Facebook at Booksgalore.BookishQua I also recommend A Different Forest, and Inficted I post random things at http:/// Unbecoming update: Am actively writing again on the story. Amazed I still have readers. Thank you for your patience. I am not accepting offers to translate my work into any language - most especially proper English. Thanks. Cullenary Coupling is a rewrite using an completely different plot of the entire Twilight Saga of how, why, and when Edward and Bella fell in love. It didn't make sense to divide it into separate stories because of the way I've constructed it, so I placed it all in one file. So it's kind of long. Snarky, too. If you're nervous about trying out a story that long and want to see a representative sample, try reading Chapter 13 - Mad, Bad, and Dangerous to Know. Story Summary: What if Edward lied to everyone about that whole being in love at first sight with Bella business? And then kinda sorta accidentally did fall in love with her much against his will, this not-so-dull-after-all-human girl? The story is told out of sequence, begins about 3/4 ths of the way through, and initially comes across as very canon-esque. Please don't be fooled into thinking this is a post Eclipse/ pre-BD clone. The first several chapters serve as a shell to uncover the back story which is an AU of the entire Twilight Saga from EPOV using a completely different plot, as to how, why, and when Edward and Bella fell in love. I will not be recreating the exact events from the saga because we've all read them over and over and over (and many have done them far, far better than I ever could) and in all honestly if I read the break up speech from New Moon one more time I will set myself on fire. Kidding. Not. What I will do in this story is address many of the themes that I found curious in the Twilight Saga: why does Edward hate himself and given that, how did he fall in love with Bella in the first place? What about that whole pesky, 'do you lose your soul when you become a vampire' issue? What is so special about Bella Swan? What motivates Bella to want to sacrifice everything to become a vampire - you know friends, family, possibly all her memories? Why does Bella love Edward - yet still fear he's going to leave her deep down inside? How does a nice girl like Bella Swan fall in love with a reformed mass murderer? How does a reformed mass murderer tell a nice girl like Bella Swan that he is, in fact, a reformed mass murderer? What is behind that whole stalking/courting routine of Edward's? I have a different story to tell. What is behind the sexual dynamic of her being the aggressor and him constantly vigilantly refusing to change their physical boundaries? Why did they even agree to get married? Stench issues aside: What was behind the hostility between the wolves and the vampires? And the Cullens - how are they taking this whole Edward/human pairing? Jacob is not a love interest in this story, so what is his deal, and why won't he leave Bella in peace? I should warn you I have a sick sense of humor, and adore torturing Mike Newton (who is not a bad guy in this story) as many ways with humiliating situations as I can envision. Jacob, too. Charlie Swan as well. Also, I think Tanya is much more fun when she's tempting other people besides Edward, although she really is perturbed that he's just not that into her. Everyone else is. Or has been. *clears throat* As shown in the back story, CC Edward is dark, snarky, and unapologetic about both. The story of their romance is a mystery, a comedy, with some dark angst as well.
