Author has written 7 stories for Harry Potter. Welcome. Really. I'm St. Row-a-Check. And in desperate need of a nickname. In case you're interested, my name comes from Mr Wagner, a blue-bearded constantly-drunk person who used the word'strovacheck' to describe just about anything right or wrong in the world. He also liked opera and carried baby sparrows in his pockets, but that is beside the point. Mr Wagner was created by Rejto Jeno once-upon-a-1920. He also created other brilliant and unique things, including books that were partially pulp fiction, and partially parodies of pulp fiction. And thus Rejto Jeno (aka. P. Howard) is one of my all-time favourite Hungarian author... By the by, I live in Serbia and Montenegro, close to the Hungarian border... and thus I speak Serbian and Hungarian as first languages. And I enjoy gloating about it. In case you couldn't tell. Oh, and to set things straight. I am female. A girl, around sixteen or so... And I celebrate my birthday on the eleventh of September... which is cool, ironic, and so unNewYourkian. I fan Harry Potter. In English, exclusively. Because it just doesn't work in any other language. Anyway. Currently finished, posted and reviewable fics: Midnight Silence: the first, and probably only example of poetry you're getting from me. It' sconsiderably lyrical, although I tryed not to make it over-emotional. I can only blame my Russian class for it. POSTED. The Mystery Trilogy: three separate fics, all exploring the relationship between Hermione and the Weasley twins. Part One, Hogwarts, a Mystery POSTED. Parts Two (A Grimmauld Mystery) and Three (Hogwarts, a Mystery Solved) are still floating in air, with dead flies and bits of fluff... writers' block is a cruel thing. Red and Black: a very strange and frightening romanceparodyangstmysterydrama as a sort of revange stab for all the Draco/Hermione fics out there. POSTED. Changing the future: a story of Skeeters, more or less... somewhat controversial. POSTED. With you: First HBP story -- Ron's thoughts on the funeral. Not much angstier, shippier os fluffier than Canon Itself. POSTED. Fics that are currently floating around my brain and will hopefully be posted within a reasonable amount of time: Left Behind: In OOTP, the Weasleys and Harry leave a school a day before winter break. How Hermione, Lee and Neville spent the night after Harry's vision. Halfway done and in desperate need of a summary. Lily and the Chocolate factory: Marauders semifluff. Roughly outlined and partially done. How To Spend Your Christmas Alone, a Beginner's Guide: Sixth year. Hermione. Brooding. Anagrams. A Fairy Godmather reading the Quibbler. Heavy R/Hr. And so on... My ships: ... are now canon ships, basically. I've always loved Ron/Hermione and Draco/Myrtle, but Harry/Ginny came as something of a surprise (NOTE: I like HBP very much, and not because of the ships). As did Remus/Tonks. But I still love 'em. Though I admit I enjoy the occasional Harry/Luna. And I seriously mourn my SPIT (Society for Protection of Idea of Tonks/Percy). 'S life. I don't write slash, but I read if it's good, although sometimes slash stories are actually better if you ignore the romantic undershading (is that even a word?). My oldest passion is LOTR, my newest is Roger Zelazny's Amber Chronicles. I might actually write some Amber fics (on Random, mostly) in the future. But in Serbian, most probably... But I might translate, if popular demand demands. Anyway. Am finishing now. Have a nice month! |
