Author has written 20 stories for Harry Potter, Discworld, Fairy Tales, and Good Omens. Welcome to my new and improved profile. If you came here, you're probably wondering... Who the hell is II? Well, I was born on the 5th of February 1986, which means I'm old enough to remember the previous century and complain about 13-year-old badfic writers. I live in a smallish city in the North of Poland that you've probably never heard of unless you're Polish. I study Applied Mathematics and have no idea what I'm going to do when that's over. I like maths except for the bits with all the numbers (Note: It's not quite as absurd as it sounds. There are many things in maths that are more interesting than what they taught you at school). My obsessions change, but there is usually something to do with traveling and at least one fantasy or sci-fi book. Has II written anything interesting? I like to think that I have. My major fandoms are Discworld and Harry Potter. I tend to write crossovers between the two. I may also read fanfic from other fandoms (i.e. whatever happens to attract my attention at the moment) and, yes, other crossovers. I try not to write about worlds I don't know well enough, though (And I advise others to do the same. No, watching the movie based on a book does NOT mean you know the book). I also draw a webcomic which can be read on my Home Page. About my fics: Zwierciadła i opowieści Fandom: Discworld Language: Polish After rereading Witches Abroad, I decided to write something about the Weatherwax sisters. W świecie iluzji Fandom: Harry Potter Language: Polish Remus visits Peter's mother. There are many things she doesn't know about. Story happens at some point between the end of PoA and the end of OotP Tommy Fandom: Harry Potter Language: English Pre-HBP, so eleven-year-old Tom is not yet 'eeeevil'... much. I didn't really like the way he was portrayed in HBP. OK, so maybe he's mad. So maybe it didn't take much to turn him evil, but could he have been born like this? The Mystery of the Map Fandom: Harry Potter Language: English From the same universe as Daisy, but not as good as the main story, I'm afraid. The Last Letter Fandom: Harry Potter Language: English The letter is mentioned and, sort of, answered in A small change, but I don't think I'll ever write an actual reply letter. Also I'd like to say that for some reason I liked Regulus from the first time he was mentioned. Ha. Apparently I was... er... might have been... right. Stubby Fandom: Harry Potter Language: English Because the article in the Quibbler intrigued me. It might have got it all wrong, but I still refuse to believe Stubby Boardman is a nobody. Oh, and Rigel was supposed to be Sirius's older brother, who didn't show up on the family tree because he was a Squib, and, for the same reason (plus Mrs. Black beling a bitch) he didn't grow up with his family and was never mentioned by them. Perfectly Abnormal Fandom: Harry Potter Language: English I don't think I'm very good at romance, but this is one fic I have written for the sake of a pairing. Not just any old pairing, mind you. And about Greyback... Well... You can't really tell an evil psycho werewolf to be a good puppy and stay out of the story, can you? ;P Harry Potter and the Spawn of Satan Fandom: Harry Potter/Good Omens crossover. With some hints of Discworld crossover too. What? I like crossovers. Language: English Warning: My first fic. Ever. And it was mostly meant to be funny. Still it does have something resambling a plot and, hopefully, isn't the worst thing you've ever read. Escaping destiny Fandom: Harry Potter Language: English Er... I tried to write a timetravel HP fic that at least tries to make sense. Also, I've been wondering what the hell Sirius was laughing at when... things happened. Near-Luna Experiances Fandom: Harry Potter/Discworld crossover Language: English A series of oneshots about Luna and Death. Begins with the death of Mrs. Lovegood (Don't cry). Don't expect me to update this one regularly, but there will probably be more at some point. Why? Just because I think Luna and Death would get along well. I suppose it can be read if you know only one of the series, but it's more fun if you know both. Death comes to everyone Fandom: Harry Potter/Discworld crossover Language: English Well, he does. And I like the idea of HP/DW crossovers. Anything else? Oh. Right. I added a bit to the Snape chapter. You might want to reread it. Daisy Fandom: Harry Potter Language: English So, this is a rather strange vision of the fufure. Why Harry/Luna? Er... Because? Oh, yeah, 'cos wizards think Luna is strange and here she meets Dudley Dursley and his family... And... no, I don't know when I'll finish it. After all the nice reviews I got I will probably try.. er... at some point. Changing back Fandom: Harry Potter Language: English Alternate ending to A small change. Makes more sense if you've read it before. And, yes, I'm going to finish it, really I am, I just don't know when (sigh Yeah, I think I'm better at one-shots). Business is business Fandom: Harry Potter/Discworld crossover Language: English A 'these two characters ought to meet' sort of crossover. There are Dibbler clones everywhere. Apparently the one in the Potterverse is called Mundungus Fletcher. Bajka o Królewnie i Szambonurku Fandom: Fairytales Language: Polish A rather... er... strange... fairytale I wrote... A small change Fandom: Harry Potter Language: English I was just wondering how much difference being sorted into a different house can make. It is important to realise that a) Slytherin is not the same as evil, otherwise they would have just closed that house and got rid of the problem. b) being sorted into Gryffindor does not automatically make you braver, being sorted into Ravenclaw does not automatically increase your IQ, and so on. c) Destiny is a bother, especially when it picks the wrong hero. d) Little things that happen to us influence our choices which influence other little things that happen to us and other people, which, once again influence our decisions (and possibly other people's too), and so on, and so on, which may change the world. e) Adventure is another word for trouble. The Game Fandom: Discworld Language: English The funny thing about this one is that I started writing it very, very early one morning, when I was half-asleep. Then I left it unfinished for a few weeks because I had no idea who should win. My mind can create strange things when it isn't working properly... The Secrt of the Elves Fandom: Harry Potter... mostly Language: English I realise that the title sounds like badfic. Bear with me. The story is and attempt to explain the true nature and origin of the creature known as a Mary Sue without writing badfic. It'll start to make sense soon enough. (Also, I just like the idea of Luna hitting an elf/Mary Sue with a frying pan. It seems that I'm not the only one) Can He Do That? Fandom: Discworld Language: English The idea has been in my head for a while now, but I decided to write it down one day at school between the classes. This probably explains the god of mathematicians. Since the connections between Moist and Fedecks and Adora Belle and Anoia are kinda obvious, this pairing had to be written. So I did it. Since I don't think I'm very good at romance, I threw in some humour. I was kinda tempted to call it the Divine Romantic Comedy, but decided it would be somewhat misleading. The Ape and the Angel Fandom: Good Omens/Discworld crossover Language: English This story is not meant to be taken too seriously. It wasn't supposed to make much sense. The idea wouldn't leave me alone, so I wrote it. I hope it's not too OOC. II(: PS. I like rewievs. I generally disapprove of writing 'PLZ R&R!1!one'(1) in all the summaries, but I'm afraid it works, so I'll write it here at least: Review! I like to know what you think of my fics (: (1)Five exclamation marks are nothing unusual on Teh Internetz, but a 'one' has got to count for something. Lots of people on this site have something like "If you are/have done/aren't/don't do this or that, copy this into your profile" in their profiles. If you are not one of those people, copy this into your profile. |
