Hello my lovelies, my name is Katie and I will be turning twenty-one this December. I came upon this site around five years ago when I was casually searching for some Fruits Basket fanfiction. After that interest burned out, I moved on to Inuyasha and Naruto. For close to two years I wrote and uploaded close to thirty of my own stories, most were neglected and only a couple one-shots were ever finished. After taking a year off of writing, I decided that the only way for me to move on would be to take everything down. I had no plans to continue any of them and so I did allow some other authors to adopt a couple of my creations. While I felt guilty for not leaving them up, I was unhappy with many of them and had plans to re-write most before I simply lost interest and had no time to start those plans. Currently I skip around to different fandoms depending on my mood. I may not be a fan of the Naruto or Inuyasha series, but I'm still a loyal supporter of their fanfictions. I'm a huge fan of crossovers, especially when they deal with Kagome from Inuyasha or Sakura from Naruto. I enjoy slightly unusual pairings, it makes things more interesting than keeping to the canon pairing. For me, the more forbidden the pairing is, the better the stories turn out. Large age gaps, incest, homosexual or lesbian relationships in fanfiction do not bother me at all. AU stories are probably my favorite. Other than the numerous high school themed ones, the plots are usually some of the best I've ever seen. When it comes to crossovers, my favorite authors would have to be madmiko and KibaSin. Both are beyond talented and I constantly reread most of their stories. I'm on LiveJournal more often now because of my obsession with the Super Junior fandom. 8D Favorite Pairings: Kagome/Hiei, Kagome/Sesshomaru, Kagome/Naraku, Kagome/Itachi, Kagome/Hatori, Sakura/Kisame, Sakura/Itachi, Sakura/Orochimaru, Hermione/Salazar, Hermione/Lucius, Hermione/Draco, Hermione/Rodolphus. Favorite Series: Inuyasha, YuYu Hakusho, Naruto, Harry Potter, Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club and multiple Final Fantasy installments. Any of the series listed are also enjoyed when written as crossovers. / In Egyptian Mythology, Nekhbet was an early, predynastic, local goddess who was the patron of the city of Nekheb, her name meaning of Nekheb. She was seen as a goddess who had chosen to adopt the city, and consequently depicted as a vulture, a creature that the Egyptians thought only existed as females, having to adopt children. The priestesses of Nekhbet were called muu (mothers), and wore robes of vulture feathers. / |
