Hi, I’m MellarkandArt! You can call me Art. I’m currently seventeen. You can usually find me with a dead cellphone battery due to reading fics. I’ve been writing fanfiction in my mind most of my life, before I even knew what is was. I thought that the fantasies and characters I played with in my mind was just me being weird but then I stumbled across fanfiction.net by accident when I was thirteen and I found out there’s a whole bunch of weird people like me, yay!

I’m always obsessed with a fandom of some sort, my current addiction is The Closer. As you can probably tell from my earlier stories I was really into The Hunger Games but not so much anymore. I go in and out of my phases though so I could be super into it again before you know it! My first favorite show was Once Upon a Time, I’ve been a fan since the very beginning, but now my favorite show is either Friends or The Closer. I love the Cars and The LEGO Movie. I was once obsessed with Heartland but not so much now. Monk and Gilmore Girls were everything to me but that phase as passed as well. Not to say I don’t still absolutely adore these shows, but I’m not as “addicted” to them as I once was. Outside of books and TV shows, I love music and NASCAR. Taylor Swift is the queen of music and Joey Logano is the king of my heart, my life is pretty much centered around him lol.

I’m a songwriter first and foremost, but I write things like fanfiction when I’m in the mood. I usually get too insecure to complete my stories so a good review is always welcomed!

I am currently working on stories for The Closer but I realize that is a very quiet fandom on here and people only seem to be interested in Sharon and Brenda rather than Brenda and Fritz so I hope that at least someone reads them XD. I’m a very dark writer at times, you’ll more than likely get more angst than fluff from me, but never worry, my stories usually have a happy ending because I’m not that savage! My favorites couples and characters will always prevail in my fanfictions.

By the way when it comes to book vs TV show/book vs movie, I’m usually both. In the case of Heartland and The Hunger Games, I have read and loved the books as well as their film versions.
