The entire cooking scene had me going, "No, oh no. No no no no" the entire time. As for the name change, I'm iffy on it as Swan is such a beautiful and unique part of Emma, but Charming is inclusive to her being part of her family. Maybe she can use one name privately (Charming) and one professionally (Swan). I have actor friends who do that.

I love the whole, 'You're exhausted, starving, and weepy, here eat this chocolate!' As I think that is such a perfect response to take the edge off someone so wound up. Junk food seemingly has healing qualities. I know high amounts of sugar and caffeine are the way to my heart and sanity. But the question still remains, why did Snow use singular terms instead of plural. Was it perhaps that the curse made them the worst versions of themselves? Maybe Emma ought to bring that up to Snow.
