I guess it's about time I put something up here, now that I'm actually writing a little. c:

About me...I'm supposedly an adult, but I've never really felt like one and I think I've got a lot of kid left in me, good and bad. I'm painfully shy but tend to ramble in text when I have something to talk about. I've been a heavy reader since I was really little. I haven't written too much yet, but I'm hoping to change that.

I love to draw (mostly animals; I'm working on my people, but it's slow, embarrassing progress), cook (especially baking, ice cream, and other desserts), and make jewelry. I love animals; currently I have a cat, but I've had horses, goats, ducks, chickens, budgies, cockatiels, and dogs (among others), and would like to have most of them again someday (and perhaps some I haven't had, too).

My avatar is my kitty. He's a Ragdoll named Shinichi (for those of you that know Detective Conan, yes I did name him after that Shinichi. I have never ever met a cat who's so curious about stuff. I know cats are described as being curious, but I hadn't actually seen much of that kind of behavior, not with my previous cats or any others I knew, until this goofball came into my life. He has to investigate absolutely everything. He's my detective kitty, thus he is Shinichi. :P).
