![]() Author has written 20 stories for Little Mermaid. Hi all! I’ve been on FanFiction for five years now and thought it high time I got round to writing a profile. Here I will outline the status of the stories which are subject to change, though I can make no promises as to when that will be. I wrote many of my stories when I was only fifteen (I hope my writing has improved a little since then) and have plans of editing the following: - Prince Eric — The main premise story itself will not change, but many of the scenes will be altered, some dramatically. On rereading the original I realised that the focus was all wrong and the quality of writing poor in places. The plan is to eventually replace what exists currently with the new version when it reaches its completion, rather than upload the story anew. This is unlikely to occur any time soon though, as it is a relatively large project. I’ve half a mind to remove the second instalment of this series entirely. It never really got going and, in truth, I wasn’t certain the direction it would take even at the time of writing, rather hoping that inspiration would come to me as I went along. Instead, ideas quickly came for new and more original work, and Prince Eric: Part Two remains incomplete. - Keep Holding On Already I have made alterations to: - Seeking Comfort (4th June 2019) - Dreaming — Now: The Memories That Haunt Us (20th July 2019) - Changes (23rd July 2019) - Before the Sun Sets on the Third Day (7th January 2020) The majority of my attention remains on Between Land and Sea at this moment however, and I fully intend to continue this to its completion, whenever that may be. There will be approximately thirty five chapters in total, though this is only a guess based off of the outline I have. Finally, I recently started an English Literature degree and updates are likely to slow, perhaps even cease, at least temporarily, as a result. I will continue writingwhen I can, but cannot guarantee updates any time soon. I’d like to thank everyone in advance for their patience and hope you understand that university is very much a priority. I appreciate all reviews; however, if you disliked a particular story please have the courtesy to state why so that I may revisit and ameliorate my writing where necessary. Thank you for supporting my work! Rose |
