Summary of the verse (Please read!):

During the time of 60th Games, Albert Winter was the president of Panem, and was a cruel man. His son, Regal Winter, and his Avox friend, Alan Aquila, started planning a rebellion after Albert executed his daughter Jennifer on charges of treason when she voiced her opinions against the Games. Regal and Alan, together, garnered a large number of followers within the Capitol itself: Capitolites who were still human. They also made a connection with victors, among whom was Samara Elvin and Opal Platinum, who later died on duty. Regal, in an attempt to finish off his father, suicide bombed him, and while Albert and Regal both died, Vice President Coriolanus Snow rose to power. meanwhile, the victor of the 60th Games, Cress Woods Jr also joined the rebels, who were leaderless now.

after this, Haley Oceanus, another victor, took on the leadership of the rebellion, gathered people from different professions, got Alan Aquila operated on which replaced his lost tongue with a mechanical one and changed his appearance, and he took on another identity, that of Julius Adrian. The rebellion was quiet about now, waiting for the right time, and Haley’s team (the Capitol rebels) allied with President Alma Coin’s team (District Thirteen rebels), and in the next ten years, the two groups only worked on gathering intelligence from the capitol while Julius Adrian (Alan) worked as a Games trainer there, quickly becoming friends with the Head Gamemaker Matthew Hayes.

After ten years, another victor, Ruby Platinum (younger sister of Opal Platinum) was hired by Snow to work on advanced machinery since Ruby is naturally gifted in Science. While she did work on the machinery, she also slowly started building a cloning machine, a machine that not only recreated a person physically but also mentally and emotionally. After years and years of work, she finally managed to build it, and planned to use it to bring her sister to life. However, the Capitol rebels thought that this machine was for Snow, so they stormed in and destroyed the machine (not before she brought Opal back to life though) as well as the weapons designs.

Now that Ruby couldn’t face Snow, she faked her death and joined the rebels, changed her appearance surgically, got another identity of Micky, and married another rebel victor, Sasha Flame, the person who had destroyed her machine, and later helped her build it. It took her two years to build it again, and this time she used it to bring back Regal Winter back to life. Now that their leader was back again, the Capitol rebels increased their activity, and those who had been hiding came out again. Meanwhile Alan, with some glitches, managed to bring out four tributes from the arena during the 72nd Games. Many of the rebels, including Alan and Cress, were later captured by Vice President Nerissa Verity. Regal handed himself over to the Capitol in exchange of freeing the rebels but Nerissa did not keep her word, so the Capitol rebels had to storm in and get everyone out, and Regal escaped in this time.

He was not completely gone, and Nerissa was still on his case. She got suspicious of the Head Gamemaker Matthew Hayes, and started investigating his relation to the rebels. During this time, Regal adopted a violent approach of rebellion, bombing influential places, killing people who were directly involved with all the atrocities, amongst others. Later, to save himself, and acting on the advice of Raiza Relic (a legal escapee of the 73rd Games), Matthew laid a plan to poison both himself and Nerissa Verity, in a way that he would survive but she would die. His plan worked, and he was soon appointed as the Vice President of Panem.

So, I know this is a really long read, but I tried my best to summarise things from four books. I do hope that you guys give it a read so that it will be easy for you to create tributes. If not, however, just remember these points:

-There are two groups of rebels: the Capitol rebels (the ones who work under Regal) and the District Thirteen rebels (those who work under Coin).

-While they share resources, they have very different goals. The Capitol rebels want to overthrow Snow and bring in democracy and equality between the Capitol and the Districts. District Thirteen rebels, however, want to take over as the centre of power in Panem, and probably punish the Capitol for everything they’ve done.

-Your tribute has to be a victor and can be from any year EXCEPT 54th, 58th, 59th, 60th, 66th, 68th, 70th, 71st, 72nd, 73rd and 74th. If you enter any of these years, your character might not be accepted as the verse is already established and victors from these years have been playing a prominent role in the series.

Personality: I'm extremely uninteresting and unmemorable. I'm very diplomatic but am frank at the same time. I get offended easily, but at the same time I forgive easily as well. I have a habit of contradicting my own personality and traits from time to time.

Likes: Reading, writing (obviously) and a few animes. I like Pokemon and Beyblade the most in animes.

At the moment I enjoy writing and reading SYOTs. I guess it sounds weird that the best part in entire Hunger Games series were the Games themselves, and I'm obsessed with them. Also, Hunger Games is nowhere in my favourites list. The only thing is that I like its concept.

Lenovo Cane (18) D5M- Free Falling by IVolunteerAsAuthor: I honestly cannot believe that Lenovo actually managed to win. He was a character I loved from the bottom of my heart, but I was afraid that just like all the tributes I created in the past two years, he won't survive. However, I was pleasantly SHOCKED when I saw that he did! I want to thank Caleb for giving me my first ever victor, and it was a character I loved so much too. Caleb did him justice, and wrote him better than I could have hoped for, for which I can't thank him enough. I'm glad I sent him to you, for nobody would have written him the way you did. Lenovo, you are an amazing guy, and I loved reading your journey and see you grow so much. You did it man, you did it.

Magnanimous "Maggie" Diethard (18) D1M- Deja Vu by foxfox12 (summarised) : I totally understand why the story had to be summarised and completely support the author in his decision. I'm just glad he liked Maggie enough to crown him the victor. Maggie will always be a very special character of mine, very close to my heart, with his childishness and the fact that he was so extra in life. I loved making him, and had made him at a time when creating characters and coping with the prospect of them being gone had become a little hard. I'm so proud of you Maggie, for getting out of this alive, and I thank fox for giving us a summary and giving me my second victor.

Hans Miner (18) D12M - Ohana by Santiago. Poncini20 and SilverflowerxRavenpaw/LadyCordeliaStuart: This story is one of the best I've read and very close to my heart, and so is Hans. I love Hans so much, and I was so hesitant to make him in the first place. I had been rooting for him the whole while, not really believing that he would win. He was so beautifully written, and I loved seeing him grow and evolve as a character, and I can't thank Santiago enough for how well he depicted him. Hans is a victor who's the closest to my heart and most special for me. I can't wait to see more of him in the future. Thank you guys for giving me my third victor, and you guys delivered a beautiful story.
