I'm a 16 year old in high school that's a gamer girl and don't consider myself much of a writer.

Just fairly recently became a fan fiction reader/writer. Up until then I always thought fan fiction was stupid (don't kill me!), but I have learned that there are some amazing stories out there. I mostly read Team Fortress stories, but every now and then I venture out to other games or shows, like Ed Edd n Eddy and Portal. Oddly not a fan of anime...

There are game fan fiction that I refuse to read. Pokemon being one because I know I'll rage if they screw the tiniest bit of information up. Seriously I am that serious about Pokemon. You screw up my beloved series and your dead.

Honestly, I can't believe I actually began writing stories. I never consider my self a writer, and I still don't, but it is fun to write down your ideas into a readable plot. The New Arrival, contains a character largely based off of myself, but I'm making sure NOT to make her a Mary Sue. She has her flaws, which in her current situation, are terrible flaws to have. I have been trying to keep as close to canon as possible, as well as the mercenaries personalities, though I bent them just a little to the point where they take a liking to her...most anyhow.

If there's one type of story that I absolutely cannot handle, its pairings. I really don't like it when the story just has to do with either a random or popular pairing, especially when its two guys. Don't get me wrong, i have no problems against same secs relationships, but when your reading about two guys...doing stuff, its pretty disturbing. I have only found one that actually pulled it off well, and I applaud Annonymous TF2er for doing that, well done my good man.

Wanna know something that gets on my nerves a lot? People calling me SkyRim instead of SkyMin. Seriously, everyone on TF2 calls me that and I absolutely hate it. There was ONE guy who actually knew it was from Pokemon. Everyone else just looks at the first four letters and automatically thinks skyrim. One thing, I have never played Skyrim and aren't a fan. I don't have anything again at it, other than the meme.

Some thing else that I hate are people who call themselves gamers and only play Call of Duty. Seriously, playing one overly popular game does not make you a gamer, especially when you bash on Nintendo for being "kiddie games." If you ever say that to me, oh boy will you get an argument that you will lose, even if you refuse to accept the truth. There's other games that are better than the repetitive nature of call of duty.

Oh and another thing...CARTOONISH ART STYLES DO NOT MEAN THE GAME SUCKS! GET YOU ONE TRACK MINDS OUT OF THE GUTTER AND ACTUALLY KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT THE GAME BEFORE YOU MAKE THAT ARGUMENT!
