Never let your brain cash a check your body can't pay- Red Green Show I'm a fan and this is my fiction, hopefully you'll like it too.-ZR "Its a dangerous business Frodo, going out your door, you step onto the road and if you don't keep your feet there's no knowing where you might be swept off to." J.R.R Tolkien "One day I'll remember, remember everything that happened. The good, the bad, those who survived and those who did not."-Bilbo Baggins, The Battle of Five Armies. "Loyalty, honor, a willing heart, I can ask no more than that."-Thorin Oakenshield, An Unexpected Journey. "True courage is knowing not when to take a life, but when to spare one."-Gandalf, An Unexpected Journey "I found it is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love."-Gandalf, An Unexpected Journey. "Every good story deserves to be embellished." -Gandalf, An Unexpected Journey. "Even the smallest person can change the course of the future."-Galadriel, The Fellowship of The Ring. "You'll have a tale or two of your own to tell when you come back." "Can you promise I will come back?" "No, and if you do, you won't be the same." -Gandalf to Bilbo, An Unexpected Journey. "The world is not in your maps and books. It's out there."-Gandalf, An Unexpected Journey. "Your home is behind you, the world is ahead."-Gandalf, An Unexpected Journey. "When did we let evil become stronger than us?"-Tauriel, Desolation of Smaug. "It is memory, precious and pure."-Tauriel, Desolation of Smaug. "Nobody panics when things go "according to plan" even if the plan is horrifying."- The Joker, The Dark Knight "If you make yourself more than just a man, if you devote yourself to an ideal, you become something else entirely." -Batman Begins. "It's just like the great stories Frodo, the ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were and sometimes you don't want to know the end, because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end, its only a passing thing, this shadow, even darkness must pass, a new day will come and when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you, that meant something, even if you were too small to understand why. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't because they were holding on to something. That there is some good in this world Frodo and it's worth fighting for." -Sam The Lord of The Rings,The Two Towers. "Why stop, when the stories are just there, within reach? Why stop, when the road goes ever on and on?"- Leo Cristea. "Courage is almost a contradiction in terms. It means a strong desire to live, taking the form of readiness to die." - G. K. Chesterton "Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And when you look into the abyss, the abyss also looks into you." - Friedrich "Some men are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them."-William Shakespere "If you are going through Hell, keep going."- Winston Churchill Three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest.-Confucius "Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again."-Nelson Mandela "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."-Edmund Burke "It's been my experience, when you hit bottom, the only place left to go is up."-Thaddeus Thatch “Judge of a man by his questions rather than by his answers.” – Voltaire "A good head and a good heart are always a formidable combination." -Nelson Mandela "Real leaders must be ready to sacrifice all for the freedom of their people."-Nelson Mandela "If I had my time over I would do the same again. So would any man who dares call himself a man."-Nelson Mandela "Difficulties break some men but make others. No axe is sharp enough to cut the soul of a sinner who keeps on trying, one armed with the hope that he will rise even in the end."-Nelson Mandela "Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage." -Lao Tzu "I am not afraid of death, I just don't want to be there when it happens."-Woody Allen "No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite."-Nelson Mandela "Young love is often blind and stupid. Not because it is often foolish lust, but because those who truly do love each other blind themselves with their own stupidity. But it is only when those blinders are removed and experience has cured stupidity with wisdom that young love can develop into true love."- Infamously Me In battle, you forgive a man anything except an unwillingness to take risks. Sometimes you have to put it on the line.-Tom Clancy "I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear."-Nelson Mandela "Courage is not the absence of fear, it's inspiring others to move beyond it"-Nelson Mandela "It always seems impossible until it's done."-Nelson Mandela and here's a quote that I think all fanfiction writers should know. "Fundamentally, I think of myself as a storyteller, not a writer." "I think about the characters I've created, and then I sit down and start typing and see what they will do." "There's a lot of subconscious thought that goes on. It amazes me to find out, a few chapters later, why I put someone in a certain place when I did. It's spooky."-Tom Clancy "The more you read, the better you're going to become as a storyteller."-Stan Lee It all started when I played Twilight Princess, the graphics and setting of Hyrule captivated me. Then I played Skyward Sword, the boss battles, emotions, music and the 1:1 precision got me hooked. (The ending gave me chills.) Ocarina of Time was bought and played, the classic character's and story... no words can describe the first time I played it. The sense of adventure still goes through me every time I play LoZ. Zelda Informer is my go to site for all things Zelda. Symphony of the Goddesses was simply EPIC, and so is the 25th Anniversary CD. Random Thoughts: If the Multiverse Theory is true, then in a another universe there would be another you. If you could teleport, the energy required to teleport your matter would disintegrate you, but another copy of you would show up at the destination. Tips For Fantasy Writing from Fantasy Authors: http:///category/writers Favorite Zelda Dungeon Articles: http:///2013/11/why-dark-link-should-play-a-larger-role-in-zelda/ http:///2012/05/zelda-and-mythology-arthurian-legend/ http:///2013/03/zelda-and-mythology-celtic-myth/ http:///2014/01/zelda-and-philosophy-fate-and-free-will/ http:///2014/06/a-secret-and-personal-journey/ http:///2014/04/why-zelda-is-one-of-the-best-female-characters-in-any-video-game/ Stories in Progress (Or ideas) Lux Ex Tenebris The Old Masters: Ash Ketchum is called home from the Kalos region by his mother to celebrate his seventeenth birthday. Gary Oak's finding of a time flower leads to Professor Oak assigning Ash to unlock it's secrets with help from old friends. The journey has only begun... The Tale of Danagor: this story is based off of the epic MMORPG Lord of the Rings Online. Follow Danagor, as he fights against the Shadow that threatens all of Middle Earth. Star Wars: The Jedi of the Rebel Alliance. These are the continuing adventures of the clone of Galen Marek during the days of the Rebel Alliance. Star Wars: The Old Republic. Again, based off an MMORPG. Jedi Knight Cade fights against the Sith Empire and other threats that rise from the shadows. The Hero of Light series begins with Aftermath, during the series Link will change because of a bargain he made, and also to understand his heritage as a hero. These adventure's will take him beyond Hyrule to other kingdoms. Aftermath: Under Revision The Champion of Hyrule: The Legend of Zelda: Castle Shadowgate. It will be a crossover of sorts with the NES classic and the redone version, the grandfather of "point and click" fantasy adventure games, one of the first video games I ever played, and one of the creepiest. The Lady of Avalon: set before The Diamond of the Day, Morgana and Mordered gather strength during this time. The Once and Future King gathers his allies for the last battle. A mysterious and powerful Sidhe sorceress challenges the Knights of The Round Table to attend an Old Religion ceremony. Merlin suspecting a trap set by Morgana, sneaks away from Camlot to protect Arthur. Arthur faces the sleeping might of Albion, that was fated to rise with him as it's king and a misread or uncompleted prophecy. Most pressing of all, who is this sorceress and what does she want? The King's Path: set during the end of the movie of Atlantis, Milo and Kida fall in love. Milo restores the Atlantis's culture and discovers the early history of Atlantis. Fate/Stay Night: Grand Order. Due my ADHD Muse, an idea flew into my head and demands my attention. Set after the Stay Night ending, this continues the tale of Shirou Emiya as an adult and the consequences of loose ends and thousands of years of plotting. Seelie: http:///ScreenShots/The_faeries_of_the_Seelie.jpg Rights go to NeoCore Games. Green Knight: http:///fs70/f/2011/347/4/7/green_knight_by_taaks-d4izhi3.jpg Rights go to Taaks on Dievantart. The Lady Of The Lake: http:///art/Lady-of-the-Lake-83147009 Rights go to Silamir. Pairings Zelink: I am a believer in that people destined to be together will be together. The sad Princess Zelda in TP is the most beautiful in my opinion. When Link sees her for the first time he OBVIOUSLY thinks she's beautiful and Midna rolls her eyes. To Zelda, he is nothing more than a friend so I will try to build on that. Plus, I'm a sucker for a cliché ending. Besides I will admit I got misty eyed while playing Skward Sword, the scene where Zelda seals herself in a crystal...so many emotions. Freylin: Seriously, the end of The Lady of the Lake episode was the nearest thing I came to crying while watching TV. Merlin and Freya's relationship was so tender and loving. Finally, Merlin had someone where he could say, "This is me and this is what I can do." The Coming of Arthur episode where Merlin sees Freya again was in a way, heartwarming and at the same time sad. Kili/Tauriel: Jeez, this practically killed my feels during The Battle of Five Armies. That people can love each other regardless of race or beliefs is something that should be taught in class regularly. That dwarf is willing to try and you got to give him points for that. Nalu: These two are so stubborn it sometimes hurts to watch. I teared up during the Grand Magic Games arc of the anime. Seriously, the world can be a cruel place. Live every day as if it was your last and life will be filled with joy instead of what if's because what if's can be a slow poison. Arturia/Shirou: Two equally broken people. A case of clashing personalities. There is something about this couple that just works. Arturia learns from Shirou to take pride in her accomplishments and rule, even though it ended in tragedy. I really hope Ufotable does a Fate/Stay Night adaptation. (I teared up during Last Episode.) You wont find prefect grammar here, I'm only doing this for fun. Rules If you don't like my stories don't read. Only constructive criticism. If a intense scene comes up there will be a warning. Reviews are appreciated! |
