A little about myself: I'm just a girl who loves speculating about the what-ifs and hows of random scenarios - apparently enough to dedicate the time to write them into stories. As you can probably tell from my stories, I tend to favor OC stories, though I wouldn't be adverse to writing AU stories without OCs. It's definitely crossed my mind more than once, but who knows.

1. The Flower that Never Fades

Current summary: A martyr. A murderer. A mistake. Riku's (OC) taken on many roles in her short life - all for someone much greater than herself, at least in her eyes. And when Naruto smiles, when he looks at her with that trademark grin of his, she can't help but feel everything was worth it. He was worth it and much, much more.

[Chapter 3: "Amarante Riku. I like hanging out with Naruto and Shika and playing with people's minds. I suppose you can call them games...As for my hobbies, training, and finding entertainment I guess." I cross my arms. "Dream… it shouldn't really matter."]

[Chapter 13: "That baka! Of all the times, she picks now to be serious!" Sakura cries. "Where was this when we were fighting Zabuza, better yet, an hour ago when I was pouring my heart out worrying for her?!"]

[Chapter 16: "Then call me a fool. After all, that's what you're going to call me anyway, ne?" She goads, holding up her arm to show him the faded burns.]

Rewrite: In Progress (hiatus b/c story premise being reworked) May create reboot.

Reboot Summary: The idea of retirement is foreign for a ninja, espeically one as young as Riku. But as everyone soon learns, not all things go according to plan once you run into the path of Konoha's most unpredictable blonde knucklehead. Who knows what change an accidental meeting between Konoha's two outcasts will have on things to come. Hopefully it won't all be bad. (OC)

2. Ghost Hunt: Encrypted Files

Summary: Altered world (AU) where someone with special abilities saves Gene from the accident, but has to pay a price for altering 'fate.' Possibly a Gene x oc story. Follows the original plot and will have side cases where Kaz and Gene will be entering in while Nari is busy.

OC Characters:

Name: Nari Saitou (Nari means 'peals of thunder' ... not sure if that makes sense...)
Age: 17
Height and weight: 5 ft. 6 in., 130 lbs.
Body type: lean, slightly athletic due to situational background
Eye color: violet but wears blue contacts
Hair: black, messy layers, stops a little over the shoulders
Race/facial structure: difficult to identify based on facial structure.. Appears mixed
Nationality: Japanese
Birthday: June 29 … Cancer (can be defensive and overprotective)
Other phys. traits: bandaged left bicep
Abilities: able to hear a deceased last words or thoughts by using a phone as a medium... Can get visions of accidents prior to their occurrence but does not know exactly when the accident will occur... others to be revealed later..

Family:

Nari and Ayumu were adopted by the Saitou family at the age of 9 even though they already had their own son. Memories of parents are unclear and they feel little remorse in the lack of memories, for the two had always had each other. The relationship between their adopted parents is seen as normal. Both twins had experienced an incident where they had to cover a mark on their arm. Before the Saitou family, the two were adopted by another family before they were returned to the orphanage due to certain events.

Name: Kazama Saitou (Status: Living) - called 'Kaz' by Nari

Hair: black, long hair tied in a low ponytail

Abilities: able to increase a person's psychic power when in physical contact with said person and can sense when something dangerous is going to happen to Nari (which is why he appears at random times)

Name: Ayumu Saitou (Status: Missing)

Age: 17

Eye color: violet

Hair: black, styled like Naru and Gene

Personality: Caring and protective of his twin, but can be manipulative and cold towards others (side not seen by Nari)

Backstory: After looking into a case, Ayumu mysteriously disappears without a trace. Not much is known about the case he had taken. Looking into it, Nari knows he is still alive, for she is unable to form a connection with his 'supposed' deceased spirit when she tries to listen to his last words. Even though Ayumu had a tendency to keep to himself, Nari knows he wouldn't just disappear without any warning. As of right now, Nari is currently searching for her lost brother even though she knows she won't find him unless he wants to be found.

Abilities: dream walking/medium, exorcism, and a paired seal with Nari

Personality: Polite but will voice her displeasure toward others.

Basic idea: This story is meant to be full of different one-shots that will fill in the time gaps seen in the anime. Chapters can be used to further character development or show what the other characters are up to... namely Gene who's probably bored death at being under house arrest.
