Hi, I'm Cloudburst2000. For those of you who wonder where I got my handle. Cloudburst is the title of an obscure B-side for the band Oasis. And yes, I'm a huge Oasis fan since like 1995. I've seen them in concert in 2000 for the Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants tour in Indianapolis, IN. I also saw them in 2001 in Baltimore, MD when they toured with the Black Crowes for the Tour Of Brotherly Love. I was SUPPOSED to see them twice in 2002 for the Heathen Chemistry tour...in Indianapolis, IN and Philadelphia, PA; unfortunately, they had a bad accident in Indy and both concerts were cancelled -sigh- I've seen them twice this year for the Don't Believe The Truth Tour in Chicago, IL and in Atlanta, GA. I'm scheduled to see them again for the same tour in March in Indianapolis, IN, Cincinnati, OH, and Nashville, TN. I have orchestra seats for Indy, 8th row center for Cinci, and 3rd row on the right by Noel for Nashville! The Oasis pre-sale for fans on the official site RULES! And yes, I am just a bit obsessed shrug I'd sale my first-born to meet my boys -snicker- Other bands that I like include Coldplay (who I have tix to see in Febuary), U2(who I've seen in concert twice), Travis(who I've seen once), Radiohead, Sting, The Strokes(who I'm hoping to see this year), Tom Petty,and The Beatles.

My fave TV shows of all time are:

1) The X-Files(except for the last 2 seasons...it's not the X-Files without Mulder)

2) Buffy the Vampire Slayer(after Angel left...never liked his character for some reason)

3) I Love Lucy

4) Profit(which probably no one ever heard of since it only played for four episodes before it was cancelled, but trust me it was an AMAZING show...extremely dark and dramatic)

5) Star Trek: The Next Generation (yes, I know...nerdy -blows a raspberry at all the readers-)

I'm not hugely into sitcoms though I do love Just Shoot Me. David Spade's character, Dennis Finch, on Just Shoot Me is the best. If you've never seen the show, watch it just so you can see Finch and his cat obsession. As Finch always says, 'Cats rule and dogs can go to hell.' My poor cat, who just died in the last year, definitely agreed. I personally have nothing against dogs, but then again, I'm not the one who was almost eaten by three dogs. My poor little kitty. I'm sure glad I heard them on the back porch or my poor kitty would have been one dead furball. Now, I do have something against those dogs 'cause they almost ate my baby. That would not have been good. I had him for over 18yrs...since I was in the 6th grade. That should give you a clue to my age if you know how to do math. So I was very attached to that stupid cat. And yes, my cat was a complete idiot. He was seriously the dumbest cat I've ever seen...exceedingly sweet but also exceedingly dumb. Loved him anyways though. Ummm...I'm from Kentucky. Yep, I'm a country girl, and no, I didn't live on a farm. I've never even touched a cow, and no, I don't like country music either. 99.9 percent of the radio stations are country...it sucks which is why I own so many music CDs. Can't think of too much else to say except I hope you enjoy my writing and, if not, well then too bad.
