Love it, you should go a sequel.

I think my only real complaint at this point is that you didn't address the meaning of those words Ardeth said to Connie, unless I overlooked it somehow. I Googled them, actually, just a moment ago and found some things that weren't completely clear to the meaning but I think I get the jist of it. Google Translate did not want to help along at all. I really enjoyed the story, though, regardless of that. I felt many emotions from worry to happiness to sadness. It's the first story of this rating I can recall giving a chance, too, at least a full length story. I was very surprised at how much I liked it.

I am enjoying this story very much. It's got some really funny moments but also really serious things too. Good blend.

You know, as I read these entertaining diary entries, I can't help be reminded of The Very Secret Diaries (about LOTR) ;) Aaand, it also makes me think of Girl Genius (the online comic). In other words, a very amusing read!

I know this story is complete, and has been for quite a while now. However, I must say that the main female character, Constance, seems like such the charming sort. Hopefully she will become less stuffy as the chapters progress! Overall, well written...and I'm definitely looking forward to the read!

That was such an awesome story! Completely wonderful to read! I really enjoyed it. All I suggest is labeling this story as 'complete'. Only so that it can draw in more readers when they see that it's done and well...this story deserves the attention for being so good.

I really want to read this so I refuse to let Constance get on my nerves. She's just a wee bit annoying in this chapter. That's all right, though. We're all annoying in our own ways. I'll just get to know her better as the story progresses.

Wow, what a BRILLIANT story! This is the first well-written, very believable Mummy fanfic I've stumbled across (having just recently watched the movies and gotten into the fandom) and I have completely abandoned my homework for the sake of reading this all in one sitting! Your portrayal of these characters are believable, touching, and amusing all at different times, and the depth of clarity to the plotline drew me in as well. I doubt I can find another story to stand up to this one!

I loved the ending! For a moment I thought Connie would really stay in that train, but thankfully she didn't.

The plot involving El-Amarna was so great. I liked that you mixed lots of action, funny dialogues and, as I think I've mentioned before, kept everyone so in character. Oh, I also enjoyed the fact that you brought Izzy and his dirigible to your story... he's one funny guy. Connie was so great, funny as hell too, well sometimes... lol; when she wasn’t being overly dramatic about things!

I really liked the visions the women had about their past lives and how their fates were intertwined... It was such a great idea to incorporate the dreams! I got quite curious to know the story of Ramla... and by checking your profile I could see that you have a one shot about her; I'll read it after I post this review.

So now I'm on the edge of my seat to read more about Connie and Ardeth! Will they get married? How will she cope with a life in the middle of the desert? Will she have more visions of their past lives? What about the O’Connells?

You did a super job with this fic and one can tell that you did some research.

Just, in other words, you pulled it off beautifully!

Will you post the sequel soon? Just curious... don't mean to rush you or anything.
