1. Turn Back the Pendulum

I'm currently obsessed with Harry Potter, so of course my first fanfic will be about Harry Potter, it's a time traveling fic, I hope you like it!

I thought long and hard about who I wanted to send back in time and I ended up going with the following characters because I wanted to split them up in 2 to each of the four houses: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff.

a) Harry(Duh!) since he's my favorite character and I'd have a hard time imagining a HP fanfic in which Harry didn't exist in some shape or form.

b) Hermione and Luna. I needed two Ravenclaws and I'm not a big fan of Cho Chang, so I chose Hermione instead. I debated on whether to send Hermione to Slytherin with Draco, but I just couldn't stand the thought of Harry and Tom in separate houses, it's much more fun to write about the two together that I decided to leave Hermione in Ravenclaw.

c) Draco. I always thought that he and Harry would make such good friends if it weren't for the whole Hagrid incident that I couldn't resist not having them in the same house, and Harry should have given Slytherin another chance!

d) Nothing shouts Gryffindor more then the Weasley twins and the Marauders, so of course my Gryffindor pair would be composed of a Weasley twin and a Marauder. I decided to go with George since Fred kicked the bucket in DH (sorry for the spoilers). I kept Sirius, even though I had to change the canon a little for him, because as much as I love Lupin, he's not that much of a prankster, and we already have Hermione to nag the kids, no need for a father figure as well.

e) Tonks and Hannah. I could have chosen Cedric instead of both the girls, but then something popped up in my mind and I decided to keep the two girls instead. You'll see Cedric in this fic too, and believe me, he has a role to play in the fourth book.

f) Minerva. I needed someone to look after the kids, and I just love the idea of Minerva as a mother figure.

2. Harry Potter and the Fourth Task

Is my second fanfic. It's gonna be a short story (10 chapters if it all goes according to plan). A parody (though it's starting to seem more like a drama) that I dreamed about one night, since my favorite pastime is imagining different scenarios in which the four champions could have landed during the third task, so I decided to write one of them down. The founders are played by characters from other TV shows:

Hogwarts Founders: Godric Gryffindor is played by Peter Petrelli, Rowen Ravenclaw is Lisa Cuddy, Claire Bennet plays Helga Hufflepuff and Gregory House is Salazar Slytherin.

Durmstrang Founders: I wanted 3 Durmstrang founders and 2 Beaubatonx founders cause I wanted to eliminate one candidate at the end of each school's challenge, one for Hogwarts, one for Durmstrang and one for Beaubatonx, and I just felt like doing so, dunno why. Anyway, the Durmstrang Founders are played by Dean and Sam Winchester and Bella Swan, they're supposed to be brothers.

Beaubatonx Founders: They're played by Buffy Summers and Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer (I wanted Blonds for these Founders and I like the whole Buffy/Bella struggle so i decided to give it a try).

3. The Girls Who Lived

Is my third fanfic, an AU story where James and Lily Potter had two twin girls instead of Harry. I chose to have twins in this fic because I wanted to write a fanfic about female Harry and Tom Riddle and one about Voldemort and fem Harry (in my book, Tom Riddle and Voldemort are not exactly the same person), though it ended up as something completely different, and neither of the girls seemed like a female Harry to me, so sorry guys, but this is not a female Harry fanfic.

About the Characters:

Diana Lillian Potter is the red-haired, hazel-eyed twin. She has an unhealthy obsession with animals, which I think surpasses even Hagrid's, I'm not sure (I hope not at least), and therefore, don't get surprised if the creatures in the HP universe will be striped of their general importance from the canon. I have portrait her as one of those girly-girls, who doesn't like anything that requires much work on her part (unless she's interested of course), she hates reading, working around the house, and doing chores, and could be considered somewhat of a brat, but she means well.

Heidi Rosalie Potter is the black-haired, emerald-eyed twin (I know a little irony there in the name, but I'm going along with the excuse that the parents had no way of knowing that Diana would have red hair). She is kind of, 100 percent Slytherin, and doesn't actually care about other people except herself and the ones close to her. Her stubbornness is a side effect of her cockiness, it's not related to Gryffindor stubbornness at all, and any brash actions she might perform, believe me, there is a purpose behind them. She does not trust people easily and can get very suspicious of mostly anybody, plus she's quite prejudicial, so don't expect her to play fair if she can avoid a problem by playing a little dirty.

The trio has been replaced by the quartet, composed of Heidi, Diana, Hermione and Neville (who joins our girls in book 2). I never really liked Ron, and I’ve always thought that Neville was highly dis-considered in the books, despite the fact of being such a likable character, so I chose him to be the 'man of the group', if you get my drill.

The pairings of this fic will be: Heidi/Voldemort (though you might get confused at times, she's gonna end up with Voldemort), Diana/Tom Riddle (The diary from book 2), Hermione/Draco (I'm still debating on how to get these two together and make it believable), and Neville/Luna (which was the result of the poll I held for who the readers wanted Neville to end up with. Luna beat Ginny by one vote exactly, so sorry if you don't like the pairing, but I did tell you to vote!).

The story will contain all the seven years and as the plot progresses it will start varying greatly from that of the book (year one is too similar for my liking). I've currently started obsessing over the quality of my writing (since I hope one day to become a writer) and am therefore a little disappointed with how the first two chapters of POA turned out, but the next two chapters turned out better than I thought! Thank you so much for the positive feedback and it really helped me get over my depressive stage, and now I'm all excited about writing chapter 14, since I have so much planed for it, but I'm in my last year of college so life is kind of hectic.
