I'm a clinical lab scientist. I work in the sub-basement of a hospital, surrounded by refrigerators full of blood (and freezers full of plasma and cryo). I play the cello, viola da gamba (hence the avatar), and accordion. I really like to read.

As much as I'd like to think that there is an untapped reservoir of writing talent buried deep deep inside of me, I don't expect to update any of my woeful attempts at writing.
