Wait, whoa... he's 36? Yeesh. I also saw the Phantom movie, and it was PHANTASTIC! Gerard Butler was gorgeous and his voice was so utterly raw, deep, and sexy. Thank you for acknowledging that Christine is blonde. I noticed that in the book but everyone disagrees.

That was beautiful! Just the part with the rain, not when he broke that guy's neck. And I can see how The Nightingale and the Rose is symbolic- Erik being the nightingale and Christine being the Rose.

That was TRULY interesting! I also know "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" so I can see how Erik liked how Christine had perfect tone and pitch, since those are some pretty high notes! For me anyways.

That was my favorite chapter so far! And the "slave of fashion" showed up! And that scene in the dark was creepy and yet... sexy.

This is still really good, but Erik is sort of a... jerk even before she took off the mask. And maybe he does love her! And shipping!
