Author has written 5 stories for Fairy Tail. What I write: Story: Fairy Tail Announcements: Yes, I'm going to finish The Adventures of the Princess and Her Dragon soon! The final chapter should be out in the next two days! FIRST CHAPTER OF MY NEW STORY: Wednesday, July 6, 2015 Somehow, by some means of fate, you've ended up here. Congratulations! Thank you for coming to my profile! Hello there! What's it been, 7 months? I don't know, but I've definitely felt like I need to get back into this. I'm terribly sorry for the long halt, but I just was so incredibly burnt out that I couldn't even approach this site for a few months after I started writing. However, I've learned a lot from here and I'm definitely going to keep going. It helps me both intellectually and personally to keep writing and I find it extremely enjoyable as long as you are enjoying it yourselves! I really enjoyed writing. I don't think I would've been able to put out so many chapters so fast if it wasn't for your support and my enjoyment. I really had a great time writing and even when I wasn't writing I still wanted to come back and write more. So that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to write more. For you and for myself. Slow returns, I hope to get one chapter out a week, and hopefully I can improve to two per week, sooner or later. I'll make my post days Wednesdays, just to keep things central. I hope you stick around and that some of the older fans return. Thanks so much for your continued support, -Conflicting Chaos Reflections on Previous Works: The Creator of Two Worlds - Everyone has that one story they want to forget about, right? Well, this one is mine. You can clearly see throughout how I apply the common tropes (mates, fast-paced relationships, salmon hair, etc) in very, very bland manners. It's pretty horribly written and the only reason it's up is if you want to see how I've changed. This is my beginning, and while I'm not proud of it, I feel as though I'd be doing an injustice by deleting it. I just advise against reading it, is all. OneShot: Natsu the Matchmaker! - Again, I don't think this one-shot is all that special. It's pretty mediocre, and although it is an improvement from TCTW, I don't think it's something I want to represent my writing style all too much. Honestly, I would rate this one pretty low, but I do commend myself for making it in the first place. I tried to be unique in my idea, and placed too much focus on staying true to that uniqueness when I should've been focusing on my lack interesting content. Dragon's Roar - I love this story to the ends of the earth. I'm most proud of it and how it establishes and combats conflicts in an ordinary fashion. I think that I really hit the nail on the head (is that an expression?) with this one, and the only thing I could've done was involve sub-plots. Aside from that, I think that this story was pretty well written, had clear focuses, and really hit the feels. My one STRONG dislike for this story is how I decided to make Natsu and Lucy previously know each other from an ice cream parlor. That was another one of those tropes that I find really annoying. I say that if you read any of my stories, please be this one! OneShot: Guardian Angel - I usually let one-shots come to me instead of trying to think them up on my own and this one was definitely one of those. I don't remember how or why I got the idea, but when it popped into my head I couldn't resist. This has become a tremendous one-shot and I believe to be a great representation of how my work should be. My only complaint is (I'm not sure if this is in it, it's been a while) how I made Natsu cut (think I might've, again, not sure). I feel like this is a little over-the-top for the situation and that a normal boy in his situation wouldn't do something, and happy-cheery-family Natsu would never even attempt it. The Adventures of the Princess and Her Dragon - I think this story is well written and involves characters and themes pretty well. I don't find it as personally appealing as Dragon's Roar, most especially while writing it. I don't know how reading it goes, but writing was from a completely different perspective. It is definitely an enjoyable story and I caught myself chuckling at my own jokes and enjoying it as if it were the first time reading, but I didn't enjoy most of the writing process. I felt like I was barely getting by to complete a chapter (just above my 3k word minimum by one or two words, including AN). I hope it turned out well, but writing it was a pretty big mess. I do think the story is great though! I suggest you check it out! What's next? Leave suggestions, and I may use them! |
