Author has written 7 stories for Incredibles, How to Train Your Dragon, and Meet the Robinsons. Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile! In case you're a curious person with an eye for detail like yours truly, here's some information about me :) All about me: I am a 27-year-old Christian, which means I recognized my true need for a Savior to save me from my sin. I put my trust in Jesus Christ to save me, who came to Earth and lived a perfect life, then died a gruesome death on a cross to pay for my sins and eternal separation from God. I believe Jesus rose from the grave three days later, ultimately conquering death and sin forever. I do not support homosexuality or abortion, though I will not distribute nor advocate a hateful attitude toward those who do. I will communicate love toward others to the best of my ability because Jesus commands me to love others as much as I love myself, both other Christians and those who believe differently. I want to glorify God in my words and actions, and I want to be kind to people. Let me know if you have any questions! :) Writing!! I love to write. I've been an avid reader since I was five, and I remember getting an A on a writing project back in 2nd grade. I was ecstatic! I've never forgotten the first thrill of writing something well and being praised for it. All through high school I worked hard on English projects to improve my writing skills. My first FanFictions are crossovers, as you'll see on my page down yonder. I think they're horrific, but I'm proud because I finished them! I've improved vastly over the last few years since writing with KateMarie999, and I can't wait to learn more! Hobbies: I love to read and write, play volleyball, watch movies and TV shows, and in a rare bout of insanity, I like to shop. I have the tendency to go through hyper spurts or excited rambles, so I'm just warning you now. I get excited about a lot of things that I love and have become obsessed with. More about my favorite obsessions later! Random Facts: My birthday is on Groundhog's Day, February 2! I'm the oldest of 9 kids. My family heritage is of Czechoslovakian and Hungarian descent with a splash of French and Indian here and there (I think that's all pretty cool if you ask me). When I was little I wanted to be a dolphin trainer. My dream is to write a novel, and I'm writing the first book to a fantasy series! I also have a fantasy sci-fi series on the back burner. And last but not least: I'm a 100% Pure Michigander and I am proud of it! Please feel free to shoot me a PM or message on any of my listed social media sites! Feel free to ask me any questions! Thanks so much for all the love and support guys, especially for our Growing Up Haddock series! Love you guys so much!! ~Em Growing Up Haddock series: Four years ago, little did I know that when I reviewed Katie's chapters for her first story, Unexpected, I was in for a massive roller coaster ride of pure EPIC. Four years later and I'm the official co-author to KateMarie999's series, Growing Up Haddock. Right now I'm the... ah, director of sorts for our current story, Hiccups. I'll post the links for our series so you can easily find them, or check out KateMarie999's page for easy access. (/u/5056266/KateMarie999). You will laugh; you will cry; you will shout for joy and punch your pillow in a wild tantrum. Guaranteed ;) Unexpected: /s/9800150/1/Unexpected Little Miracles: /s/9919134/1/Little-Miracles Under Pressure: /s/10054174/1/Under-Pressure Stowaway: /s/10222422/1/Stowaway Taming Hearts: /s/10434905/1/Taming-Hearts Nothing to Fear: /s/10610725/1/Nothing-to-Fear Growing Pains: /s/11022510/1/Growing-Pains Hiccups: /s/11629687/1/Hiccups Stoking the Fire: IN PROCESSING, STAY TUNED! The Rebellion: TBD Inspiration: Many things inspire me to write. Music is an amazing gift from God, if you ask me. I get loads of inspiration from film scores to epic trailer music to various artists in the music industry. Lyrics or no lyrics, epic or sad or contemplative, you name it. I have a massive collection of playlists for all the right kind of tunes to get me in the mood to bring you fabulous reading material. I love animation! I love television in general, but animation is amazing. I have a huge list of favorites, but I won't bore you. Just about anything Disney or DreamWorks Animation will keep me entertained, but that's not exclusive. I'm rarely bored in a movie! I have in-exhaustive lists of all my favorite films and whatnot. My FanFiction (exclusive to Growing Up Haddock): Note: All original plots and characters belong to their respective owners (i.e. DreamWorks Animation, Pixar and Disney). I do not own anything except my OC's and additional plot ideas that aren't in the movies/TV shows. Meet the Robinsons/The Incredibles Crossovers: --Phantom: Harnessing Potential: A freak accident leaves Wilbur Robinson with super powers. After learning to harness his true potential, he discovers that he and his fellow supers will have to save the world as they know it. Rated T for action/violence later and gushy romance stuff ;) --Phantom: The Hidden Remnant: Sequel to Phantom: Harnessing Potential. When Wilbur is suddenly targeted by an unknown enemy who knows his every move and detail, he begins a search. Through this suspenseful adventure, he finds he must rely on his own powers and can only trust his closest companions to survive this adventure. Or can he? Rated T for action-violence/suspense (HIATUS) How to Train Your Dragon: Drabbles- --Life's Best of Moments: Astrid's been banned from dragon riding and any type of physical exercise for the past nine months... But it's all for a single wonderful reason, and as Hiccup has told her before, "It'll be worth the wait." But what happens when the next heir to the tribe is ready to come into the world, but Astrid is home alone? Find out here. First HTTYD One-shot! --Someday: Young Hiccup meets Astrid for the first time. But will she treat him the same way the other kids do? What's his reaction? Rated K Oneshot Fics- --Confessions of a Lovesick Viking: How does one propose to the woman he loves? Certainly not the boring, traditional way. Hiccup's got a plan up his sleeve that will begin a tradition of special proposals for years to come. Rated T for romance (nothing dirty!) and possible action/angst later on. --Testing the Vows: Following Hiccup and Astrid's engagement, the Hooligans journey to a fellow village to sign a peace agreement between the allied tribes. When an assassination attempt nearly takes Hiccup's life and leaves him weakened, it's up to his friends to protect him. Meanwhile, a greater threat looms, which could put the fate of the Archipelago in jeopardy.(RECENTLY UPDATED SEPTEMBER 2017) |
