About me:

Hey all my name is AquillaPrime although I have gone through quite a selection of different names since i first started on here. Fanfiction is a hobby I've gotten into since the age of 14 and my first was of course Spyro having a mega love for the franchise since I first picked up the controller and played my first Spyro game when I was little. I've always been fascinated with mystical and mythical creatures and learning about them and dragons are among my favourites especially in my games on Xbox. One thing when I'm trying to write and imagine the scene before I always try to find the right piece of music that can suit it whether it's an action scene or peaceful it really gets me into my groove of writing.

I have gone around the block a bit starting with Spyro then moving onto to Rio and finding my way into doing Pokemon stories. Everyone of them I have had a journey with doing and enjoyed but one I could never escape from was Spyro and have found my way back to it again so full of motivation and excitement for what I can cook up now.

Update:

As I have been growing through my stories to where I am now has completely hit me hard. Coming back to do Spyro again and looking at my previous stories I had felt disheartened feeling the plot was in my mind in the past good but now I find to be a farce and it reflected on myself and the length of my stories, the grammar, the dialogue, the descriptions really have been poor to me that I left fanfiction feeling unhappy with myself after I stopped at my last pokemon story. I sometimes had shunned critics away of my work that now I see they were right and I felt I had no place on fanfiction.

So after taking a nearly two year break I'm back and ready to redo how I do things and redefine my work on Spyro as I couldn't stay away forever always having a love for the franchise. I'm determined to push it now and really show the growth as a writer all these years have taught me and shine in a way. Any criticism and reviews people will send at me I can take on board and really push myself to deliver hopefully a solid story plot now for any story I make and all feedback will be massive appreciated.

Expectancy with story updating:

In the past when I was in school I always had free time when it come to my story writing and had to update. Now however is not the case as I have a part time nearly full time job in Community support with people of disabilities, Job as a youth worker for a youth club and I'm currently looking to do a level 3 course in Health and social and then hopefully university so I don't have a lot of time to myself these days especially as I tend to go out with my circle of friends too. I will try to update as soon as I can but with how my life is and the fact fanfiction is a side-hobby for me in my free time I can't commit too much time which I am sorry for and hope you understand. That being said my chapter lengths have gone up massive since I first started which I hope everyone has noticed which I can say will add to the wait too but I hope to make the wait worth it.

Spyro universe

Spyro and cynder from my perspective were aged 16 in dawn of the dragon so as Path to Prosperity takes place two years later they are both aged 18 now young adults rapidly approaching the adult stage which I'm going to set as 20. I've established dragons continue to grow as they are adults so can be smaller adults like quarter the size of terrador to becoming full size like him. just go with the flow of growth.
