T_T Life just kind of blew me along there for a while, but I'm trying to pick back up on the things I've missed. I started writing fanfiction under a different name on this website (NewMoonFlicker) due to the fact that I got sucked into a different genre and didn't want to make that and this co-exist. Would have felt like I was ditching or moving on from LOTR if I tried to combine the two. I don't presently have any plans for more LOTR fanfiction (but who knows, muse is a fickle thing), but I just want to be around still. .O.O. I hope that's okay! ((enthusiastic wave)) I'm 23, living presently in Meridian, ID, working toward a degree in Psychology and working for a chiropractor as a transcriptionist. I write (and work on the quality of my writing) during every spare moment, draw and doodle on a fairly frequent basis, and poke around fanfiction regularly. Though the energy has more or less faded, I am still totally obsessed with Tolkien's work ~ The Lord of the Rings is both my favorite book and favorite movie series. Legolas-Aragorn fanfiction (friendship ONLY!) by Cassia and Sio () really started it off for me though. Beautiful, beautiful stories, go read them if you haven't! I greatly enjoy reading and reviewing stories (just go look at my favorites ;P) and I will critique if it is asked for, as will I accept it graciously if it is given to me! Since I now have enough stories to place them in some kind of an order (since I can't get them in the right order below) Here they all are in Chronological Order (or if you were to ask me :D) Reading Order. I hope this helps! ~ Completed Stories: ~Guess How Much ~ Written after reading a simular story to my little sis, my take on what Aragorn's relationship must have been with the Elladan and Elrohir when he was a child. 1 chapter, K rating. ~ The Ranger Of Many Names ~ Really random, stupid idea I got! In the beginning Aragorn wants to change his name. Later, it seems to happen whether he likes it or not. Humor! 1 chapter, K rating. ~ Ada's Special Green Cake ~ Takeoff on what happened to me once while trying to bake a pie with my sister and my brother's girlfriend. Absolute chaos! Aragorn, Legolas, and Arwen decide to bake a cake for Elrond. Humor! 1 chapter, K rating. ~ Sweeter Than Revenge Is Plotting ~ Aragorn is measured for a coffin. Humor! 1 chapter, K rating ~ Let The Bond Remain Unbroken ~ During a hunting trip in the forests around Mirkwood, Aragorn and Legolas are attacked by a wolf and a party of orcs. Wounded but alive, they journey to Rivendell for recovery and treatment. Within the walls of Imladris Aragorn recovers, but Legolas comes down with a mysterious poison the elves do not save his friend, Aragorn must return to where they were attacked to find out what he can, but time is running out, and soon he discovers there is much more to this poison than he thought... and he's not the only one after it's possible cure. 17 chapters, T rating. (2004 MC Awards, 2nd Place ~ Multi-Character Angst) ~ The Sight ~ Within mere hours of returning home, Aragorn is attacked and taken without a trace left. Nothing, except a very short note to Elladan and Elrohir from an elf they haven't seen since they themselves were young. As they search desperately for the man they have claimed as a brother, Aragorn's only clue to this strange elf is another young elf with an unknown past and purpose, and a fifteen year old human boy who hasn't spoken since his father's death. Things aren't always as they seem... and there's more to this evil elf than meets the eye. 19 chapters, M rating. (2006 MPA Nominee ~ Angst/Drama///2006 MC Awards 1st Place~Best Combined Character Angst) ~ But If Not ~ After nearly two decades of being away, Aragorn is finally returning to Mirkwood for the second time. But when one has changed and the picture of the difference barely sketched, will a king learn to see... and believe? 1 chapter, T rating ~ To Let Go ~ When your heart is betrayed and nights of pain come, what do you hold on to? 2 chapters, T rating. (2006 MC Awards Nominee~Best Friendship Story) ~ All I Can Give ~ While watching TTT, this idea came to me. The entire scene in the stables where Aragorn calms Brego is written in the view of a teenage stableboy.1 chapter, K rating. ~ I Remember ~ While in the Houses of Healing, Faramir remembers the fallen garrison of Gondor he had led, his brother, and his father. All is written as a letter with no known receiver. 1 chapter, T rating. ~ Song Of Promise ~ Written for a challenge posted on the MC Yahoo Group! A missing scene between Aragorn and Legolas right before Aragorn's coronation ceremony. While Aragorn tries to prepare himself for what is to come, Legolas makes a suggestion. 1 chapter, K rating. ~ He Was Mine ~ A grave is visited for the last time. 2 chapters, K rating. Those feelings are probably there and they probably exist. I wouldn't say that it has anything to do with homosexuality but it is certainly one possible interpretation of it. I don't think Frodo and Sam, in the way they are portrayed, either confirm or deny it. But I personally don't really see it from that perspective.
