Hey I'm Desparate Dreamer (yes it's supposed to be spelled that way) and I'm an aspiring animator. I began to write thinking it would be a useful skill in the wonderful world of production, but I'm honestly not sure if I'm any good at it.

As a reference of my character, my hobbies include, but are not limited to: writing, singing, drawing, reading, jokes, making my friends smile, and talking about embarrassing stories of either myself or my close friends.

I'm currently writing a ridiculous amount of RWBY fanfic, since that's kinda what got me into animating and stuff. I took many of Monty Oum's words to heart, and his view on creativity really stuck, so I'm posting my stories now in hopes I can get helpful feedback to improve my writing.

Anyway, I should wrap this up. I'll be posting stories irregularly unless specifically stated otherwise. I'm pretty nervous about the potential feedback but don't hold back. Tell me everything you think I should know. Flames are fine too.

Ambitions: Fight scene animation, Character Design, and writing something that people enjoy.

Why I don't update enough: College. (What? Yes, I consider watching anime and playing video games homework. Just look at those animations!)

My philosophy on storytelling: Creativity and Originality are the most important aspects of a story. Whether it's an animation, a comic book, or a fanfiction story, these things come before all else. Your spelling can suck, and you can have the most atrocious, jittery writing style on FF, but if you have something really cool, I will read it.

Something funny I just thought of: It's a bit ironic that I want to be a 3D animator because I can't see 3D movies. Like with the glasses and stuff? Yeah, it's all just wonky to me. Not really related to animation, but ironic nonetheless. Stupid retina.

Future (Possibly?) Stories:

The Switch (Working Title)- Jaune and Ruby are dating. Sun and Blake are dating. Jaune and Ruby are fighting. Sun and Blake are fighting. Yang has a far fetched, but surprisingly sound, solution.

Factions (Also A Working Title)- Every year, Ozpin has decided partners by who makes eye contact with each other first, and teams by how well two sets of partners work together during the Initiation. But he has a different, even more unorthodox, idea this time. Let the students decide for themselves.

Amnesia- Yang takes Sun up on a stupid bet and pays the price for it. Now, she has no memories past her first year at middle school, and her friends aren't sure what to do about her sudden personality change. Different clothes, different hair style, and ultimately a different Yang roams the halls of Beacon, trying to go about her days as she would normally, waiting for her memories return. Then, things get complicated.
