![]() Author has written 3 stories for Harry Potter. We stumble and fall constantly even if we are most enlightened, but when we are in true darkness, we don't even realise we've fallen. BIO I like the contrasts and opposites of life. So for me, carpentry can be just as interesting as the study of epigenetic changes, never mind that one of them is physical and the other one demands an abstract way of thinking. I also write original fiction and, occasionally, venture into other fictional universes. One of my original stories can be found here: https://www.fictionpress.info/s/3095323/1/Three-in-One And my only work based on the "Hunger Games" universe can be found here: /s/10874869/1/Dire-Hope MY STORIES The Darkness in My Veins This is a chronicle type of story about the Noble and Most Ancient House of Black, which follows the life of Cygnus Black the Third, who became father to Bellatrix, Andromeda, and Narcissa. Written in a somewhat eclectic style encompassing different points of view. Dinky Aurors This is a story about Harry's 6th year at Hogwarts, in which he meets a girl named Fay Dunbar. Fay aspires to be an Auror, just like he does, and since none of his friends takes his suspicions about Draco Malfoy seriously, Harry gingerly turns to Fay, thus opening a door to a new friendship. Dinky Aurors is definitely meant to be more of a light-hearted story. Drowning Souls The story of a perfect relationship that went on to change lives. Young Albus Dumbledore's hopes for a great travel adventure are thwarted by the news of his mother's untimely demise. Devastated, Albus resigns to his burden and loneliness, only to encounter Gellert Grindwelwald—a talented and charismatic young wizard, who has arrived to their village while running from a past of his own. Co-written with lovely Tarpeia as a short novel set in Victorian wizarding world. Based on the tid-bid clues left in the 7th book installment of Harry Potter. There is now also a piece of fan art available to illustrate the chapter 18: A Memory of Durmstrang, created by amazing constan-lerois, whose work can be found on Deviant Art. FAVOURITE STORIES Aside from writing, I also occasionally read what others have to offer within the realms of my once-favourite fandoms. As such, I have acquired a small collection of stories I keep coming back to. They are all very different in nature and meant for very different audiences. Here are some picks which I would recommend: A trilogy of stories following Albus Dumbledore after the events of "Drowning Souls", written by Tarpeia. The first one, The Drowned Man, takes place around the time of the famous 1945 duel, detailing Albus's attemps to cope with those events. All of it is told from Horace Slughorn's point of view. The second one, Deep Still Waters, takes over with Albus's POV and includes his visit to Nurmengard and the beginning of his transformation into the Albus we know from the HP books. The final installment, A Gathering Storm, shows a more powerful Albus, though one who remains devoted to his love. Protection from Nargles by Arpad Hrunta The absolute best Harry/Luna story to date. Set in Harry's 5th year. A must read for sure. An Old Custom by Tarpeia A Gothic horror type of story about the infamous Dolohov family from the Harry Potter universe. As far as canon goes, not much is known about the Dolohovs: not their origin, not even their standing within the British magical society. Tarpeia made it her personal duty, however, not only to flesh them out, but also to depict them in such an engaging manner that they deserve a whole book series of their own. An Old Custom follows the story of a young Muggle, who just happens to be unfortunate enough to be chosen for a certain custom performed by these Dark wizards. The trilogy of the Hunger Games by FernWithy, written from the point of view of Haymitch Abernathy, comprising The Last Tribute, The Golden Mean, and The Narrow Path. It is, in every respect, just like the original series, only much better, showing the readers the "behind the scenes" of everything that was happening while Katniss was fighting for her life in the Games. After the Ball by StorytellerSpW A cute one-shot about Harry having a dance with Millicent Bulstrode after the Yule Ball. Set in Harry's 4th year. There are more stories I could recommend.
