This is my new favorite fanfiction I’ve had the pleasure to stumble across! Sirius Black is my favorite character and I think you’ve hit his personality spot on, both the docile side of him and the wild side. Most fics I’ve read just don’t seem to click with canon Sirius for some reason. But your writing of his inner monologue does it for me and it feels very authentic. I’m about half way through and enthralled each chapter even though I know what’s going to happen because it follows the books. I appreciate the amount of effort you’ve put into this matching so well with the books as well. 10/10 ️

This is probably the best fanfic I have ever read. I was instantly hooked from the first few paragraphs. I seriously doubt that this isn't JK Rowling herself writing this. Everything flows flawlessly and goes along with the original story perfectly. I bow down to you!

judging from the amount of chapters left you continued to his death (who would write a 13-chapter epilogue?). i think that was the right choice.

How can you sleep at night writing something that sad! I'm in tears but it was brilliant. I'm glad I read this :)
