 Author has written 17 stories for Avatar: Last Airbender, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Star Wars. hello friends! most of you know me as mel, a few of you know me as cora. just a girl writing silly stories in her spare time, which is none. major fandoms are basically A:TLA (korra is still an odd duck for me, i can never figure out exactly how i feel about it but generally don't hold it as true to canon as the OG series) and FMA. I've watched and loved Avatar since the day it premiered on Nickelodeon in 2005. FMA, I will admit, is a dying flame for me, but I am doing my best to finish the story I started a few years ago - notes on that below. previous pennames: donnacrunch, melonfuhrer, narwhalphonse. ao3: melps fictionpress: legendofcora Current Projects: Pride & Politics: Zutara fic set a few years post-A:TLA. dissects Katara and Aang's relationship, breakup, and Katara's individual identity away from Aang and saving the world, featuring everyone's favorite grumpy Fire Lord. My primary focus for the time being - I've just finished another rewatch of Avatar and am in the middle of a Korra rewatch, so I want to write as much as I can with it fresh in my mind. I also owe the fandom a quality piece of work for how invested I am. All the King's Men: Royai fic, canon divergence from the explosion of the Fifth Laboratory with Riza framed for Hughes' murder. I swear tg I'm so close to finishing it, I just have had no motivation for it as I haven't watched the series in such a long time. Chapter 17 is a little over halfway complete as of this update. |
