The Guardians are a family, family trust each other. But Tooth, Bunny and North never knew what happened after Jack carried Sophie away, they just assumed that he betrayed them. So they didn't trust him, and in return, he doesn't trust them. That's what MiM is trying to fix. Maybe seeing a couple of memories from a certain winter spirit will help them to be a complete family.

North realized very quickly that he had become a father figure to the youngest Guardian. And there were moments when he started to think Jack realized that too (One-shot, family fluff).

It seems the Pacific heat and volcanoes don't go well with winter spirits. A simple trip to fetch Bunnymund for a Guardian meeting leaves the Guardians with a delirious, sick Jack Frost to take care of. Another long day lies ahead.

...or rather, had it taken from him. When Jack commits one prank too many, North takes matters (read: Jack's staff) into his own hands. It's just supposed to be confiscated for a day or two - - a short punishment - - but there's a new villain who's quite willing to take this oppurtunity to strike. Jack is POWERLESS. On the night before Christmas, all the zombie-Komuvitans had finally been cleared out. Lavi was waiting by the fireplace with cheer, and Kanda was pissed at everyone near. Linali waited for Santa to come, but Allen didn't for he had childhood none. Then the Noah and Millennium came in a flash, and Christmas had started with a mighty big crash.
