Dislikes are rapists, some bugs, rain, occasional insomnia, powerful fools, cheese, fatty foods, unhealthy foods (mostly), crappy ending to good franchises , people who take it upon themselves to judge what they can't understyand, traitors, yaoi (meh, just not attracted to slender men. I like bars though) hate( in all it's forms even typing that word was difficult. Anyone who would hurt children (parental discipline doesn't count child abuse does) And last but not least the number 9 (I Dislike it so very much).

Rules:

1) No one in the Fiancee Brigade(FB) can be paired with Ranma! For those of you who don't know that includes: Ukyo, Kodachi,Shampoo(Xian Pu), and Akane.Anyone else is fine.

2) The child/ren mest be five years old or under at time of adoption.

3) althogh I like mini harems I have to make this a rule: absoluetely No Harems.

4) Please don't treat this as a chore. It's a game so have fun with it. If you treat as chore It will come of as boring. And If it is Boring its disqualified.

5) I expect some OOC but If a characters personality completely changes you're disqualified

6) No yaoi. Enough said.

7)You can pair Ranma with any female outside the fiance Brigade(looks crowd up and down). Anyone.(extra points for Hinako,Mizuho and Kasumi.) However unlikely/original the pairing may seem it wil be acceptable.

Rules:

1) It is all just an act.

2) Hinata and Hanabi must have a sort of mother/daughter relationship. Let her be Mama bearish

3) Hinata makes Hiashi thinks he caused her to snap.

4) Hanabi, Kurenai and Narutoall know it's just an act.

5) Her classmates call her The *insert your choice here* Princess.

6) She must say at least once while looking sympathetically "Now, now. Nobody messes with my man, without paying the price. Did you think you were exempt" or some variant. She then "punishes" the offender. ( Be Creative!)

7) Neji used to hate her. Now he fears her wrath. You decide why (it may involve him being hurt while she's talking some sense into him).

8) Naruhina, of course.

9)Hinata must be BADASS. And, by extension, Naruto and Hanabi.

10) The act starts when Hinata throws her first fight with Hanabi. It Ends in the third round of the Chunin Exams.

11) Someone describes her as: "She's really very sweet, but she scares the crap out of me."

12) Oh. This is a must Hinata cooks for the main family and Neji to keep them in line.

Here comes a new challenge!

Okay people this is going to be unique. I want a bbw female lead for Ranma or Naruto.

Rules:

1) No Mary sues(aka a female oc comes into the main plot and fixes everything the author sees wrong with the story and no you cannot do that with a canon character either)

2) Harems are allowed * stares at the crowd into silence* But the limit is three women and they have to have issues dealing with polyamory in a mostly monagamous culture instead of just bucking up and dealing with it. No, it will be much more interesting seeing them deal with jealousy creating a bond with future harem sisters and having a bond so strong that the first will overcome her jealousy when their friend falls for their man. And I don't want the first just shrugging it off: She must struggle with the decision. I need emotional conflict people! If you can't handle the harem requirements, STICK TO MONOGAMY!

3) If you wish you may make Naruto/ Ranma more powerful or give them better training but they cannot be unbeatable and their rivals or enemies must be given the same treatment.

4) No bashing of characters you do not favor.( It has gotten tedious after the 10th time)

5) In the Ranma verse let's have the bbw be a supernatural or a normal girl.

6) In the Naruto verse ...well free reign( Remember bbw means big beautiful woman)

7) A realistic progression of the relationship(s) is mandatory.

8) I should not have to mention this but the bbw has to be the first one to have a relationship with Ranma/ Naruto and has to be the main romantic lead.

9) There can be showcases of power but their have to be climatic battles as well things that leave Naruto/Ranma on his last legs after winning or defeated.

10) OoC is expected but changing Naruto/ Ranma too much from their canon personalities is unacceptaple (Too much is a uberNaïeve, withdrawn, or depressed Ranma or a supergenius, shy or not battle savvy Naruto)

11) You must give all characters you write about character flaws and keep most if not all character flaws from canon characters unless you can butterfly effect away a tragic flaw with realistic progression for that character suiting their personality without changing events or the characters personality too much( I do not care if you have to review canon; flaws are just as importants as charms for a character)

That's it. Should any of these rules be broken you shall be disqualified and I shall pity you for your incomprtence then laugh at your failure. Then I wil explain (read bust your chops) about what you did wrong and why.*Takes off cloak to reveal a charming face and smiles sweetly* And I mean that in the nicest possible way.

Go forth my people if you can live up to my standards you will be ready to write in the real world should that be your goal if it is not your goal well this is just for fun. If real world writing is your goal and you cannot live up to my standards...well I will advise you should I feel the need. I've had something bothering me for a while, it's about harem fics. I've got no problems with polyamory, and I have stated that I like small harems. It is just that the authors of harem fics often neglect the romantic development of characters outside the harem in favor of making the center of said harem insanely attractive. I find that boring, Boring, BORING!! And most Haremfics I have ran across actually have good premises and a decent wordcount. So why are they limiting themselves, by neglecting the character development of the secondary characters, often in favor of building up the center of the harem. The sad fact about this is that the characters they do focus on usually winds up either a genuinely interesting character or flat. While I'm at it, making your characters more awesome doesn't count as character development unless you can show how the overcame their flaws and show what other flaws they have. That reminds me I'm going to tell you a secret. Come closer, Little closer, darlings. Eliminating and/or not showing the flaws of your characters is not character development, it's just a limit you put on them that makes them less relatable to the audience and that kills interest in your story. But I digress.

Where most haremfics fail is in their sheer inability to show or even care about people who do not find the center attractive. They don't seem to be able to piece together that these people can be used to develop a secondary character romantically. They usually go, "Oh, hey this person isn't attracted to my MC? Well screw em they can serve no purpose if they don't want to boink My MC anyway." But people forget secondary characters are just as important to the story as main characters. Heck there are some that I would have entirely enjoyed reading if I didn't have to go, 'But what about [insert character here, they deserve love too. Why don't you want [insert character here] to have love, you dastard (no that is not a typo)!!

Which brings me to the next subject I find it hard to believe that the generous selfless people the center are usually portrayed as would not be okay with the girls having a relationship with someone other than themselves and evenif they did that could be a conflict that would enhance your story. I also find the fact that the center can gather as many lovers as they want but the lovers have to limit themselves to the center, hard to swallow. First, it's not practical for more than seven lovers because someone will either always be left out or the center could wind up dying of fatigue poisoning and that's when they're young, don't get me started on when they're older. Secondly, it is unfair and most lovers won't tolerate that kind of selfishness. I mean why should the center have a right that they don't, that isn't a healthy relationship. If the center can start a relationship with anyone they're attracted to why can't they? And don't give me that bullcrap about only being attracted to the center unless they're demisexuals people are always going to be attracted to people who are their type.

Here's another thing it's ridiculously easy to convince people who were generally raised in a monogamous society to try this selfish type of polyamory, and not the good kind either. Sometimes it's some crap about jealousy being useless and nonessential, let me tell you something: jealousy of the other partners does happen in stable poly relationships. If you are arguing over an emotion that while negative does bring you and you partners closer when resolved, you're full of crap. Sometime the center being so blazed charming that they can simply convince a potential lover to go along with it. Charm doesn't always work, and when it doesn't people will have negative views of you. I can believe that certain people would be willing to share but not every blazing potential lover they come across, that degrades the story!

Unfortunately, people end up falling into these bad habits anyway, and ruin perfectly good story. And save for someone putting people I love in danger, nigh onto nothing pisses me off than when an author ruins a fun and interesting story by making it boring. And yes I am writing a story with a triad in it however, I am not making it a harem because that would limit me, and I refuse to limit myself. I'm trying to give all my characters attention, I may fail sometimes, but that's better than not trying. If you do decide to make it a harem fic. Please just make it two way polyamory or make it small... Below 5 small, okay.

My thoughts on character bashing

You darn dirty self limiters! How dare you limit your own development as a writer just because you don't like a character! It's stupid that's what it is. You may think you'll be able to do it in a clever way but unless you can make the bashing a point for the character's development all it does is detract from the story and that's a very stupid limit to place on yourself and it is unfair to the readers.

Don't bash your characters. It's a crutch an author uses in order to not develop a character they don't favor and ultimately their story suffers for it. Do you have any idea how many stories with good plots and good premises were ruined when the author decided,"Oh, let's crap on this [insert bashing target here]. I don't like them and it won't detract from the story any way." Thats wrong Wrong WRONG!!! If you don't like the character, stop letting your bias color your writing and develop said character into a character you can at least tolerate. Or step back and look at all of your characters' charms and flaws and write all of their character traits into your story. Or if you're not a good enough writer to do that(or if your emnity for that character is so great you can't help bashing them (same thing really...you stupid loathmongers)) ship them off somewhere so you don't have to deal with them. Then instead of having one target for every flaw you want to write into the story, you can you know make the characters you like into actual characters by focusing on their flaws. You bashers probably think giving your favored characters flaws will detract from their character; no the opposite is true: not giving your characters any flaws makes them flat.

Seriously all you character bashers who think bashing is harmless fun, and a way to express your dislike of a certain character or whatever. You are quite frankly crippling yourselves. Stop being stupid and find a work around, that doesn't involve you shooting yourself in the spine. It just pisses me of when people who are oterwise generally good writers limit themselves and lower themselves to the level of novices by bashing characters.

Rant time.

There is a problem that a lot of people ignore.

It's powering up characters and not giving them a challenge. It may seem awesome for a three-shot idea, but you shouldn't make a 10 chapter story out of it. What makes the characters so awesome is that, they don't win all the time. Thy lose and get stronger so they can win next time. And the characters that do win all the time, don't win easily or have way more experience than their opponents. Do yo not understand that limits are needed so they can be overcome. Making characters godlike just trivialises experiences that could make them grow, even, just a little, and that growth, No matter how small, is important to character development. Godlike main characters are just another way of the author being lazy and not challenging themselves by not having to challenge their characters. Any good author would be shamed so I shame you authors of Godlike characters, I shame you! Don't take the easy way out by ignoring the benefits that challenges provide, and write them in for, your stronger character. Because a protagonist who has no challenge is boring and ultimately more immature than they would be otherwise.
