Its been over 10 years since I sat in my apartment writing these stories as a way to cope with PTSD. I have debated time and time again over the years coming in and erasing them, but the thing is, they are memories that are tied to a time in my life when I was being reborn. I am a vastly different person than I was when I first wrote these, but the characters and the people they were based off of, leap off the screen and take me back to that time and place where beautiful boys played music that pulled me out of my despair and friends that I made became part of my life,(and many still are to this day), so its not something I want to just throw away.

Shockingly, I am married,(after being a widower), living in Arizona and I am a teacher. I am happy, well adjusted and thriving, but I do find myself longing for those wonderful days in Portland. I plan to return in the next year, to see if that magic that carried me along can be found again, but if not, I will still be home among the trees and the clouds where it all came together for me.

I owe a debt to Twilight, the FanFiction community and my readers, and my hope is that I will find my muse again and let my characters live on.
