Introduction:

What is up, guys and girls? I am TheGoldenYoshichu. I hope that you guys will enjoy the stories that I'll be writing on this account because I like them a lot and I try to make them as good as they can be. The reasoning behind my name is that I love the color gold. The Yoshichu thing is a combination of Yoshi and Pikachu because they are both amazing and combining them would be one of the greatest and most adorable things ever. The stories that I write will vary in terms of length as well as genre but I'm hopeful that you'll enjoy them all. I like to make sure that my fanfictions are complete before I publish them because the one thing I hate more than anything else is seeing a really good story never get finished. At the moment, I'm only writing fanfictions for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic but I do have plans to branch out into other fandoms when the time comes.

About Me:

I am a guy with blue eyes and messy dark hair. I love playing video games, watching Let's Plays, and writing fanfiction. I also love to collect plushies of MLP characters, Pokemon, and Yoshis and I currently have way too many to list here. My favorite color is red (with gold as a close second) and I am a total sucker for cuteness (which is why I have so many plushies XD). My OCs:

My first OC is a griffon male known as Giovan though he also goes by the name of Grayback. He first debuted in my sixth story Pandemonium in Ponyville as the main antagonist. His appearance in that story is a dark brown lion's body with black eagle feathers on his head. His wings are also a dark black color. He has red feathers surrounding his brown eyes and the tips of the feathers on his head are also red. The most noticeable feature about his appearance is a scar running down his left eye. He is the leader of a gang of thieves and he has a severe hatred of friendship since he views it as weakness. He is shown to be Gilda's rival due to the fact that she gave him that scar after he insulted her for befriending Rainbow Dash who he referred to as a wimpy pony. Prior to this event, Grayback had been quite handsome but his rage towards Gilda turned him into a monster. Before Gilda gave him his scar, Grayback had a tan colored body with light brown wings. His eyes were brown like chocolate with light brown feathers surrounding them. He was shown to be smooth, suave, and very attractive towards female griffons (aside from Gilda). Despite his hard exterior, Grayback does have a good heart underneath his rage but he's been taken over by his anger and hatred towards the world that scorned and rejected him. Perhaps somepony could save him?

My second OC is an alicorn male named Psyke. He works for Grayback as his right hoof stallion and the demolitions expert of the group. His mane is a bright fiery orange and it is somewhat long and extremely messy. His eyes are a bold crimson color and his cutie mark depicts a large flame. True to his cutie mark, Psyke is very talented with fire and he has total control over it. Psyke is an energetic, crazy, and fun loving pony who very often uses his fiery talents for Grayback's benefits or for his own mischievous intentions. He is first shown in my fourth story A Prank Too Far where he tries to bait Gilda into falling for a humiliating prank which ends up befalling Rainbow Dash. Psyke is a very talented flier and is shown to have been the best flier of his entire class aside from Rainbow Dash and Gilda. He is very creative with plans, pranks, and even flying stunts though he has yet to find a use for his fiery talents. Despite his almost psychotic personality, Psyke is not a killer. He avoids causing pain towards others unless he has to for his own safety. Though he pretends not to care about friendship, Psyke does want to find ponies who accept him for himself and aren't afraid of his fiery magic. Psyke is very protective of those that he considers his friends and is fiercely loyal to Grayback since the dark griffon helped him learn how to control his powers.

My third OC is a female pegasus pony called Monochrome. She is also a member of Grayback's gang of thieves and she is the team's strategist. Monochrome lives up to her name as her appearance has very little color. She has a light gray body with a dark gray mane which is evenly cropped and sometimes pulled into a bun. Her eyes are silver colored and her cutie mark is of a textbook. True to her cutie mark, Monochrome is very intelligent and her brain power could even rival that of Twilight Sparkle. Even more similarly to the purple pony, Monochrome possesses the same thirst for knowledge that Twilight Sparkle has. Unlike Twilight Sparkle, who learns because she's passionate about it, Monochrome learns to make herself seem smarter than any other pony. Her life's goal is to be renowned across Equestria for her intelligence and hopes that her time with Grayback will help her achieve that goal. Monochrome is first introduced in A Prank Too Far where she is shown to have planned the prank against Gilda though Rainbow Dash took the humiliation instead. Monochrome has very little emotion and does not care for stunt flying, parties, friendship, or really anything aside from studying, learning, and boosting her ego. Unlike her three teammates, Monochrome is a very poor fighter since she very rarely exercises her muscles so she never lasts long in battles. Monochrome also deeply despises anyone who dares question her intelligence and she is very impatient with other ponies.

My fourth OC is also a pegasus and she is known as Chunker. She is the fourth and final member of Grayback's team of thieves and she acts as the enforcer and muscle of the group. She has a tan body with a very short and messy blonde mane. Her eyes are an ocean blue color similar to Rarity's eyes and her cutie mark depicts a fist which represents her strength as well as her fighting prowess. Chunker is the polar opposite of Monochrome as she is incredibly strong and is a talented fighter. Unlike Monochrome, Chunker is very dimwitted and possesses very little common sense which causes problems for herself and her teammates. She is described by Gilda to be the very definition of dumb muscle and that statement holds true during Chunker's multiple appearances. Chunker makes her first appearance in A Prank Too Far where she uses her strength to set up the prank against Gilda along with Psyke and Monochrome and is still entertained when Rainbow Dash is humiliated. Chunker has no specific ambitions and merely does whatever work she gets asked to do. Chunker is very arrogant and will quickly challenge anypony that dares to insult her. Chunker is always eager to fight and is usually the one to throw the first punch in any battle. Chunker gets very irritated when her skills aren't put to use and will abandon a job that she feels doesn't let her show her power to its fullest extent. Due to her combination of stupidity and arrogance, Chunker often needs to be watched by her fellow crooks as she is incompetent and unreliable by herself.

Update: Where I've Been:

Hey, everybody. I know that it's been a while since I've published anything and I think that you guys deserve to know why.

When I first started writing fanfiction, I was living in a house that had been my home for two or three years (that may not seem like a long time but I have moved to more houses than I really care to admit so it's a huge deal for me) and I was quite comfortable there. Unfortunately, very shortly after publishing PonyKart Double Dash, the decision was made for my family and I to move out and into a new place.

Since the move, I lost a lot of my enthusiasm and pretty much gave up on fanfiction and really everything. I never bothered talking to my family about it since my father and brother hated the previous house and my mother would rather not live there but is not quite as negative towards it as they are. After a year and a half of living there, we moved again but we moved from our home state of New Jersey all the way down to South Carolina. While there, I was able to get a job for a while but was forced to quit (right when they were about to give me a raise) due to yet another move. Nowadays, I'm in the state of North Carolina and, while I do have a job, my income is simply not enough to pay the rent and bills at this new place. I'm still looking for work here and hoping that things will be looking up for me soon. I will keep on trying to make my life better than what it is because it's up to me to control my fate and living conditions.

I truly apologize for making you guys wait this long for me to write another story but I need to be happy before I can go back to writing. This may seem like a lame and immature excuse but the constant moving, loads of family drama, and lack of income has put too much stress on me to really find the passion and motivation needed for writing fanfiction. The ideas might keep flooding into my brain but I just don't have the drive to sit down and write anything. I do hope that you guys can forgive me for this and I will try to get back to writing more fanfictions for you amazing people just as soon as physically possible. Thanks for being such loyal and amazing fans. Your support is what drives me to get back into my true home and continue writing. I can honestly say that had it not been for each and every one of you (along with some very close friends of mine), I'd have given up completely. Every time I get notified that one of you has favorited/followed my stories or me or left a positive review, it builds up my hope for the future since I know that there are people out there who truly enjoy the content that I put out and that means more than I can say.
