It's nearing a year since I last updated this with a message, for which I apologize. In September of 2018 my grandmother passed on and, well, I couldn't bring myself to write much for several weeks. And then I started writing again. I've started well over 20 stories since she died. But I've been unable to complete a single one of them. I think it's a psychological thing about not wanting things to end. If I don't finish them, the story isn't over. And carrying her casket was a haunting visual of finality that still hurts. But I have still been writing, lots of pairings. Draco/Hermione, Blaise/Hermione, Charlie/Hermione, Tonks/Hermione, Pansy/Hermione, Parvati/Hermione, Fleur/Hermione, Bellatrix/Hermione (a pairing that actually disturbed me to hear about but once I read a particularly enthralling story I saw a challenge to give a go. And ironically it was a Tonks/Hermione fic I read which inspired it) even Harry/Hermione...ALOT of pairings I haven't even mentioned...

I actually started reading fanfic during 'femmeslash february' earlier this year and that sort of got my writer engine going. I didn't finish the stories, but I did start them or even worked on continuing those I've left you readers hanging on. I promise I'm still writing. I'm just trying to see where my characters are taking me and I'm flitting between stories rather than working on any one for a long period of time. I'm a little afraid, especially with stories I haven't touched in a long time, that if I linger too long when I feel stuck I'll start forcing the issue and that doesn't go well in my experience.

Thank you for the kind messages you've left behind! They mean alot to me even if I don't respond. I hope to be able to publish something soon, either a little oneshot or a chapter, but I wanted to offer up an update seeing as it's been nearly a year without me posting anything.
