All about Me

I try to live by the rule of never adding a story to my alerts without leaving at least one review! I think it's a rule everyone should go by. Authors spend a lot of time and effort creating stories and it's the best reward ever to have people like their stories and to leave reviews. It's what keeps a lot of us writing. If you like a story enough to add it to your alerts, then you can spare a minute of your time to tell the author that you liked it. However, I will never hold a chapter hostage for reviews, I will post no matter how many reviews I get. Although in saying that, lots of really nice reviews do make me more inclined to write and post quicker, especially for those who are really enjoying my stories.

Me in general: I'm a married mum to three gorgeous kids, one girl and two boys. I'm a physiotherapist. I am a real perfectionist when it comes to writing, especially spelling and grammar!

Loves: My family, chocolate, reading novels and fanfic, writing, rock music, movies, TV, photography, thunderstorms.

Fave Fanfic stuff right now: The Walking Dead! I'm mainly a Daryl/OC shipper. My kids are now old enough to get into Star Wars so my interest in that fandom has been renewed recently. I pretty much exclusively read and write in the JA era because I’m a big young Obi-Wan fan.

Hates: Bad drivers, windscreen wipers (I can never get them to go at the right speed!), ppl hu spel lyk diz, and authors that hold chapters hostage for reviews. And that's pretty much it...I'm pretty easygoing.

My stories

Star Wars: This is the fandom I am currently writing in. My favourite era is pre-TPM/Jedi Apprentice so all my writing will be in that era and about Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon as I love their Master/Padawan dynamic. Current stories are The Path Back Home, which is completed and I will be posting a couple of chapters a week, and the other is Whatever the Weather, which is an opportunity for me to write shameless H/C bonding oneshots without the need for pesky plot to get in the way! It will be updated as inspiration strikes.

Note to the readers of Live and Let Die, Two Weeks at Camp Hercule, Hero? Doubt it, Life's Like That, and Love Knows No Distance: These stories will not be completed, as my interest in these fandoms has long since diminished, and I would not be doing justice to the story or the fandom or you as the readers, to continue these stories. You will have to use your imaginations for the endings.

Also, I have recently skim read a lot of my old fics and they are so embarrassing hahaha. But I am keeping them there because even though I am not the best writer, I have learned a lot over the years and it is interesting to look back at how far I’ve come since my teenage years of writing!
