Reviews for Legacy III
Clement Rage chapter 16 . 6/17
Too much banter. There's an urgent rescue needed, when our leads are exchanging their standard snark, it sucks a lot of the pressure out of the story.
Clement Rage chapter 7 . 6/16
Ohh, not such a fan of this, it feels overly 'nod and wink' y, This is years earlier for both characters, it makes no sense for them to have nearly the same conversations, even if they're back to front.
Clement Rage chapter 1 . 6/15
Hmm... interesting choice. I'm glad to get Obi away from Qui for a bit that doesn't involve civil war, but knowing this series it may well go to hell soon enough. I wish it was Obi's idea rather than just being pushed around by Qui again though.
SerialChick chapter 23 . 3/13/2018
Your stories always start out so happy and joyous, then things go wrong. Such a good fic, and the fight scene was epic! Thanks for sharing
FebruarySong chapter 23 . 3/31/2016
The maverick Jedi held him firmly by either shoulder, initial unease blossoming into a kind of melting pride. "You're defying the Council, in favor of instinct and the Force's guidance."

all I could think of was that scene from Gilmore Girls where where Rory is at the cop-raided party after Jess and Dean fight over her, and Lorelei sings "did you ever know, that you're my heeeeeeero"

That being said, I have read your Lineage and Legacy series with baited breath, enjoying every word. You are a brilliant writer!
MuggleCreator chapter 23 . 6/12/2015
Great fic.
I especially love the ending – the Patrol *has* been good for Obi-Wan...
Guest chapter 23 . 12/2/2014
Oh v good, yes, go go go on to Tattooine! hahaha Yoda WILL so kill Obi for this. Qui is proud of him. XD /scurries off immediately to part 4
Guest chapter 18 . 12/2/2014
Zhoa is okay, thank god.

My god, your Maul is utterly terrifying. And Duel of the Fates - used to positively chilling effect here.

And then - amazingly - i am comforted and heartened by Obi-Wan's irrepressible courage and sarcasm, and Maul doesn't seem that awful anymore. That boy after all had been broken and reforged before.
Guest chapter 17 . 12/2/2014
This is worst-case scenario, isn't it.
A young female Padawan lost to slavers, an unsuspecting Garen about to run into Maul, confirmation of Maul actively following Obi-Wan and looking for Anakin(?)
Guest chapter 14 . 12/2/2014
no longer funny. The Senate IS corrupt, nobody can deny that. Sigh...
Zhoa thinks Obi is "handsome, smart, only looks fierce but is gentle inside" like her pet lizard? XD i swear, that child is the sole pure spot of sunshine in the dark Rims.
Guest chapter 13 . 12/2/2014
i am so clapping my hands in glee right now. I should know by now - expect nothing less than sparkling unpredictable and utterly devastating tactics from your Obi-Wan XD everyone did so well in this!
Guest chapter 10 . 12/2/2014
:/ that's a prototype Death Star, isn't it. And Maul is getting more insidious and creepier by the chapter.
I can understand Obi seeking refuge with his childhood friends. That memory must be a warming and powerful one indeed :) Childhood friends that've grown up together deserve to be together forever :)
Guest chapter 6 . 12/2/2014
Oh, Anakin.
I hope things turn out better this time...
And Maul. My god, Maul. I forget how terrifying he was, all those years ago.
Guest chapter 5 . 12/2/2014
my god. Tattooine indeed. And Watto? After that disorienting hyperspace jump and resulting marooning, too...ack.
Obi-Wan's reflexive kind remark to his droid was nice though :) a softy beneath the sharp sparkling wit x)
Guest chapter 2 . 12/2/2014
eh...this is no longer funny. The Rims are a dangerous place. Is Anakin...nah, perhaps too early..in the eternal words of the SW universe: "I've got a bad feeling about this..."
Hope everyone comes through fine, but knowing you...probably not. XD i found Field of Dreams almost brutal when i was younger, needed Sanctuary almost as much as Obi-Wan did.
