To those of you who have been waiting for updates and I say to you, sorry.

These days I have trouble finding time to work on my stories. With work, moving house, repairs, and all the little odd jobs that I have, it is hard to find time to work on getting the plot sorted so that I may continue writing.

I do not know when the next update will be as I have yet to finish sorting everything out with the plot. I hope it will be soon but it is hard to know for certain.

As for reviews, I thank those who have as some of them have given me ideas on the possible directions in which I might like to take the story.

My Story Ideas

It will be titled: A Wish For Freedom.

The story will be a crossover between Harry Potter and Final Fantasy X although I am currently not sure whether or not I will include the storyline for Final Fantasy X or just use the world as a place for Harry to grow before events forcefully return him to his original world and its hidden world of magic.

This story will be used mainly for my own sense of amusement while providing a storyline that will at times be strange, insightful and/or romantic while causing the british wizarding world as well as its leaders and villians to feel happy and sad, pleased and annoyed, hope and hopelessness, and a sense of fear at what could happen if you make him anger.

In this story Harry will be powerful and by powerful I mean that he will have evolved to the next stage beyond being a witch or wizard dependent on a stick with which to cast spells. Along with an ability to use magic to such a degree that it puts Dumbledore and Voldemort to shame while putting him on par with Nicholas Flamel who has had six hundred years to research and perfect his magic.

On a side note I have managed to create a list of every branch of magic I could and their subcatagories. So far I have 35 different branches of magic and only rarely do they overlap.

The main pairing for this story will be Harry and Luna who will have the ability to see creatures made entirely out of magic which accounts for her strange behaviour.

You should be warned that if my perverted side gets out this could become a Harry/Multi story in which he could also be paired with the following girls in addition to Luna:

Fluer or Gabrielle – One of which I add to the loving group just so I could post my "Everything a Veela mate needs to know" pamplet within the story. It is an oddly interesting read filled with a few things that I have not seen mentioned on this site.

Moaning Mertle – Who says it is impossible for the dead to enjoy the pleasures in life especially when it is with one who has Harry's abilities.

A Curious Fairy – She will be about the size of an adult hand and have the ability to change her size to that of a human for a few hours each day if she chooses. She will also occasionally spy on some of the teachers and students to help Harry out.

Most likely it will be just Harry and Luna as I know I can make that work but if I do decide to add any or all of the above three, it will be a completely concentual relationship between all parties involved with all of the girls being bisexual.

Also regardless of whether or not they are included in the multiship, all three will become good friends of Harry.

Summary:

In the process of saving Hinata from being kidnapped, Naruto gains a power that few would ever believe could be found in the 'demon brat', and with a plan created by Hinata's mother Naruto will begin to find out what true happiness is. NaruHina.

Extended Summary:

Naruto and Hinata become friends shortly before Hinata is kidnapped. Naruto attempts to save here and gains golden coloured chakra. Haruka, Hinata's mother, worried that Hiashi might do something to their daughter, enlists the sandaimes help in getting Hinata out of Konoha. The sandaime agrees on the condition that Naruto goes with her.

Status of Story:

On Hold

As it turns out my notes for this story can be considered to be a jumbled up mess, an easily understandable jumbled up mess but a jumbled up mess none the less. As such I have begun the tidious process of sorting, catagorising, filtering and anilising my notes to make them easier to look up and find the information I want quickly.

My list of major events to include has begun to grow allowing me to develop my story plot and timeline beyond where it is now but we are still a long way off from where I want to be.

I now have a large list of jutsus both canon and originals that I am still filling in so you can be rest assured that there will be plenty of action in later fight scenes.

Aside from this regular list of jutsus I am making a separate list that contains jutsus that are only found in the forbidden scroll.

Still have not fully watched all of the episodes up until the time skip but I am slowly getting there.

I have begun to work on a list of missions that I will have Naruto and Hinata complete as well as missions in which Haruka, Hanabi and Rin become involved.

A list of enemies and allies has begun to develop of interested parties who will want members of their group for various good and bad reasons.

Currently working on working out the function of the group known as akatsuki shall be within my story and what their ultimate goal shall be.

Trying to determine if I shall make one or two of the bijuu friendly as just because they are demons does not mean that they can not be nice.

Also trying to decide which of the bijuu the group encounter and under which curcumstances.

I have begun to create a list of clans and their bloodline or clan jutsus as well as their village affiliation if they have one in order to enhance the battles and story line.

I have read my story and have refreshed my memory on what has happened and I can say I like where it is heading.

I have decided that within my story each member of the Yasuharu Clan as well as Naruto will create a few original jutsu of their own. They will each create both clan jutsu relating to their bloodlines and personal jutsu to enhance their own fighting style.
