Author has written 6 stories for Inuyasha, Pitch Black / Riddick, and Hellsing. The Legend of the Accidental Goddess How it all began... Once upon a time a young woman found herself lost in an unfamiliar town with only her headlights to guide her. Finally, tired and almost out of gas she pulled off at an old manor hoping there might be someone with a phone...or at least a handful of toilet paper. When she knocked on the door it opened and since she wasn't exactly breaking she decided she might as well enter. There was a light at the end of the hall and she followed it to a large, formal dining room where the only furnishing was a long table filled to the bending point with food and drink. Upon the sight the beast within her stomach awoke and demanded attention, so as she passed by on her search she snagged a small piece of fruit and popped it in her mouth. And since no mortal had seen ambrosia in a thousand years she had no idea what she had truly done... ooOoo The Goddess Rap Hey All from your favorite Accidental Goddess! Just thought you might like to know a few things about me. First of all, I rarely ever smite...mostly because I haven't gotten it down yet. The other non-accidental dieties won't show me. Seems there still slightly miffed at me for snitching their grub. Second, I love to write, and to read. Someday I may do it professionally, if I can ever get Thor off my back. And third, I'm a little lazy, so not all of my updates go as they should. That and my muse seems to be an unreliable fellow with far too many frequent flier miles. Keeps jetting off to some tropical local or another. And the bugger never brings me along! Says it'll mess up his game...yeesh. I have something of a wide range of interests...everything from anime to handguns to mythology toperformance art. Not surprising then is the range of fanfics I read and write. My favorites, in no particulare orderare... 1. Inuyasha: A Feudal Fairytail...though I have to admit, I'm all about the Sesshomaru-Kagome pairings. 2. Witch Hunter Robin...though, once again I can't really get into the traditional pairing that much. I know a lot of people love the Robin-Amon pairing, and for a while I did too. Then I visited the WHR official homepage and found out that she's 15 and he's 25. It kind of ruined it for me. (Though I admit that Japan has different standards as the the age thing...younger women (girls) is a sign of status for older men in some instances, if I remember correctly.) 3. Stephanie Plum...one word: Ranger. Yes, I am a Babe all the way and then some. A card carrying member of the Militant Babes with Rocket Launchers. Cupcake friendly, yes. Rangerbasher friendly? No...and I've got my amo right here. (Grin's dangerously and pats shiney black Rocket Launcher...) 4. Pitch/Black-Chronicles of Riddick...okay, anyone who doesn't see Vin Desile and think yuuuuummm is not a hetero female. Or a gay male. Or bi. Frankly, I feel sorry for the gay girls and straight guys...man are they missing out. And I just love Riddick. There's something about a dark, dangerous man who's more complex that people first take him for that just makes me go hmmm. Let's see...Sesshomaru, Amon, Ranger, and Riddick...anyone see a trend towards dark, mysterious, potentially dangerous guys? It makes sense if you look at the men in my life...Jason! Put the damn Glock away!Does this look like the place to clean that? You're gonna stain my couch!Tiggs! No, you and Bones cannot spar in my appartment! I'm working here! Don't make me come over there... Sorry y'all, looks like I gotta go! Teach me for letting them come over without their girlfriends to control them...hey! Back away from the cat or I will go vengful Goddess on your ass! |
