Hi, I'm Rose!

I Like to sing, dance, and act. I recently finished a play called "Mulan" for the summer and got the lead. I also take karate and I just got my brown belt, so I'm taking a break from it, then return to test for my black belt.

I love to write because it expresses my imagination!

My favorite genre of books and stories is fantasy and when I write a story I look for things that no one else would expect coming from the story that mine is based off of. I like Disney stuff and out of all my friends, I am the Disney know it all. Ask me anything about Disney, and I guarantee I will know the answer. I like all Disney movies (Except the Black Cauldron) My personal favorites are "The Nightmare Before Christmas" "Mulan" (of course she's my favorite Disney princess even though she is not a princess, she's still considered one), and my favorite Disney movie of all time "Peter Pan" which I might write a fanfic on.

Most of my ideas for writing come from my dreams or things in my life.

I also love MLP FIM and write fanfiction about it. As I said, I love anything that enters a different fantasy world and MLP is one of them. I love the magical land of Equestria and the characters of the show are phenomenal. It's impressive that this fandom has grown and has become an overnight sensation. I love everyone in this fandom and it is awesome.

Best Pony: Rainbow Dash because she's a good character (Except when she's bragging) and she flies super fast and is awesome, and I feel like she's unappreciated by the fandom.

Best Background Pony: Applejack... I'm just kidding :) Lyra Heartstrings. Because she is sooo funny and loves humans!!!

Best Princess: Princess Luna of course because she rules over dreams and has a interesting backstory as Nightmare Moon and she's someone I can relate to.

Best Character: Discord cause he's awesome! He always makes me smile in any episode he's in. He likes to prank people and I do to. I pranked a bunch of friends in Drama when working on Mulan. For example, that one time at rehearsal when I threw the water bottle across the room and made it into the trash can and scared the girl standing in front of the can. It was so hilarious! She jumped and was surprised. She turned around and laughed so hard. "Who did that?" She asked as I walked away giggling. By the look on her face, she knew it was me.

I also like mysterious and dark things such as "Coraline" "Labyrinth" " Return to Oz" "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and "The Phantom of the Opera" sometimes, (Really Rarely) I read Creepy Pastas and listen to dark mlp fics on YouTube, but let's get serious for a second, do not, I REPEAT DO NOT LISTEN TO A CREEPYPASTA ON YOUTUBE EVER IT WILL SCAR YOU FOR LIFE.

I also like Megamind because he's really funny! And the story is awesome they should make a sequel to it. And Harry Potter is awesome! I LOVE GRYFINDOR! BEST HOUSE EVER!

So now, I'm going to give you an idea of the stories I'm writing right now. (If any of you bother to read this)

First up is my first fanfiction I've ever written on this site, called "Starshine" It's an MLP fanfiction about what happened after season 4 and if Discord never got released by the mane six and wasn't reformed.

In the story, the mane six give birth at the same time at the same hospital to six fillies. Discord escapes out of anger and vengeance from a couple arguing in the Canterlot statue garden and seeks revenge against the six. So he places a curse on Rainbow Dash's daughter Starshine (Starry for short) and that causes her mane to flow because of the alicorn power she had been given. The curse goes like this, when Starshine turned eighteen, she would battle the spirit of chaos, if she won, Discord would be defeated and Starshine would be free, if not, she would be his forever. But sometimes, what you don't understand could very well be things you could learn to understand. Starshine learns this through her friends and Discord.

One thing I want to get straight before I explain this fic, I'm not trying to copy a fanfiction called "Bride of Discord" which everyone keeps mentioning to me. Most of the story of "Starshine" is based off my Middle school life.

Those of you who have read the story know that Starshine gets turned into an alicorn and has her flowing mane because of this. Now you're all probably wondering why, because this is going to sound crazy, but I dream the weirdest stuff. And I've actually learned to control my dreams when I go to sleep. Starshine basically represents me because she can control her dreams. Why her mane flows is because I have long hair and it blows in the wind and sometimes it gets in my face and it's annoying. And this happens constantly...

As I mentioned earlier, this story is based off my Middle School life. I was in a group of friends and there were six of us, like in the story and basically one girl (Not going to say her name) and she was kind of... rude to me, no one else realized this and I don't want to get too personal, but one day I just left them because they never realized the real her. They thought she was all nice and an angel, and didn't listen to me, ignored me, and made me feel unwanted... so I left.

Now I have brand new friends and I'm learning to accept myself for who I am and open up to other people because while I was going through this I was so quiet and didn't talk to anybody. People at school knew me as the smart girl who was quiet. Now I feel like this year will be different because I have new friends and Drama taught me that there are people out there to accept me like I accept myself and if they don't and don't even talk to me when they say they're my friends... then I guess it's their loss...

The other story I'm working on besides "Starshine" is a Phantom of the Opera fanfic called "The Return of the Phantom"

It's about a girl named Emma Fenton who is from Troy Michigan who dreamed of going to New York City to be on Broadway. She goes to New York to go to College and graduates, then auditions for a Broadway musical "Wonderland" but doesn't get accepted because of her strange bottom eye lid distortion. Her mom suggests she goes to Paris France for a much needed fresh new start because of how devastated Emma was. She joins a Drama group inside an old abandoned opera house but little does she know, the phantom has been given a second chance at life and is still underground since that night.When Emma and the phantom meet they realize they're not that different at all. Now Emma has to find a way to help him reenter society as an equal citizen by teaching him everything about the year 2015 and discover why God gave him a second chance.
