My blog has moved to: . I planned to start writing again this year (January 2017) but unfortunately I am sick again with the same thing and my medication isn't covered at the moment (will know in 2 weeks if I can get it covered or not).

Thank you to all of my readers that have understood that I haven't run out of story, just physical stamina. I'm not dying I'm just very very tired and its hard to find me-time to write.

Q: What is this about?
A: At the End of a Long Escape is a Biohazard / Resident Evil series based on Resident Evil 2 and 6 with influences from both the English and Japanese files and game series as well as the Japanese Drama series featuring Sherry Birkin and Jake Muller (Wesker). It may be written into an original novel series in the near future. I post chapters regularly on Fanfiction.Net.

Q: What is your favourite thing in fanfiction / fiction writing?
A: I like sticking to cannon and continuity and for me this includes keeping characters in character, even though I have been told I still have my own flair that keeps things interesting. To be completely honest, a lot of fanfiction for this series, especially these favourite characters of mine, did not have a lasting story or an appeal that held me to the content. So many good stories are abandoned before their true potention is released and I wanted to make something I'd enjoy reading myself with these values.

Q: What makes your style interesting?
A: My stories are often dark with an element of hope and humour, however the characters always endure a very dramatic, roller coaster ride of emotion and events. The "No Hope" theme to Resident Evil as a whole and "Never giving up, no matter the odds" is the basis for my Jake and Sherry story, At the End of A Long Escape.

Q: Where is the happy ending?
A: When I see a happy ending coming and I am content to finish the story, I often throw in an unforseen loophole or something that really drives a stake into the lives of the characters, the situation, their romance or the people and circumstances around them. I like to end an arch this way, tying everything into the end. The pair does deserve a happy ending but they never get the easy road to it. I do see one in their future but the hope and disappointment, the intensity of their relationship, is what keeps it interesting for most readers. I keep Jake and Sherry's relationships real on many levels. True love is not always fireworks and butterflies, it's choosing to be together.

Q: How did you get your handle / pen name?
A: FashionFable is a combination of my two favourite things: Costume Design and Fiction.

I started using it from when I went to fashion design school. I was the only student in my class that still had an interested in historical costume, stage costume and costume design over just the fashion industry. I love historical fiction and romance but my favorite thing is a good story, weither if be a game or a tv show. My favourite games are Resident Evil, Bayonetta, Katamari and the Assassin's Creed series for stunning visuals, great stories and ingenuity. These series immerse you in their world and are amazing. To me, video games are modern story writing more than movies. There is so much you can learn about characters from reading files and doing side-trips that there isn't time for in movies.

Q: Are you working on anything else?
A: This story is my main piece of work, however, I am planning on writing a new and imaginative fantasy or historical piece of work based on characters similar to this couple. It will be an interesting and original piece of fiction. I will announce it when it is ready to release as I will persue it as a published work of fiction. This may pop up on
