Until August 2012, I'd not updated for quite a while. For that I apologise, but I had a lot of uni stuff (academic and extracurricular) to do. I've just finished a Creative Writing MA at Exeter, where I did my undergrad, and I've recently got back into the fanfic world. Maybe I'll even get round to finishing the sequel to Reaching Maturity...! However, I am likely to be slow sometimes as I have to live with ME and fibromyalgia, which aren't fun in the slightest and cause me a lot of pain, fatigue and brain-fog, so please bear with me. I also have Asperger's, so be warned - I can be quite blunt!

I'm a 32 y/o Catholic Christian with an English Lit degree at Exeter Uni (I also found out during my second year there that I'm dyslexic; this amuses me greatly). I play flute and clarinet. I want to (eventually) become a British Sign Language interpreter. I still live in Exeter and don't plan to go anywhere else.

I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, ER, Pirates of the Caribbean, NCIS, anything written by Catherine Fisher, and Burnley FC. I also love badminton, and play wheelchair badminton these days due to the fibro. It's finally a Paralympic sport - but I have the wrong disability for them so I'm not allowed to compete at national or international levels.

Despite having spent, in total, 7 years as a student, I don't like going out clubbing and getting drunk. I prefer ceilidh-dancing, most folky stuff, larping, D&D and spending time with my (very insane) friends.

I do my best to respond to all reviews, where possible. I'm also a respected beta-reader.

I am not one of those authors who holds their story hostage (people who say "I'll only update when I get a certain number of reviews" - that's not cool. You also don't have to worry about me abandoning my fics mid-story because I don't post them until I've finished writing them - I know how frustrating it is to come across a fic, spend ages reading it and then finding out it hasn't been updated for months/there's an author's note to say they've lost interest/inspiration and won't be updating or completing it. I would never do that.

I'm a fan of a large number of romantic pairings, and I really can't be bothered to list them all right now - although if there are any other Draco/Hannah shippers out there, I would like to hear from you!
